The staff here are amazing, friendly and go above and beyond to take the time to help you choose the drink you need. They seem to really enjoy working together and with customers, welcoming us like family. Beautiful location in a hotel, it was clean, bright and had fast wifi. Right on the waterfront, perfect for a walk with your drink.

My husband really never enjoyed Starbucks, but we went here. I have always been a fan and he now has a fav there. The service was DUHMAZING! Also got some new bling there!!!! Thank you guys one of the best places we visited while we were there over the week after May 24 weekend!!!

Beautiful location in Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario inside the Delta Hotel on the Waterfront. Most friendly staff of any coffee shop in the world!

Normally have a really good experience in here, but this morning was truly tragic. Cant ask for light ice or they won’t fill up your drink and if you ask them about it, they’ll get very hostile. And then, when you request your money back, they tell you can only get a store credit. Which we all know is a lie and then when you have to pull your phone out to keep everyone accountable. “The owner?” Another typical man of Sault Ste. Marie trying to bully, intimidate and belittle people. Thankfully I was recording though.

I don't review Starbucks a lot, just too many and all the same, but this stood out for fantastic service with a smile. They're quick and super friendly, going out of their way to take care of their customers.

First and only star bucks I will ever visit. The employees are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. Ready to greet with a smile and serve you some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. Bravo star bucks delta Sault Ste Marie. Keep up the good work!

I usually order ahead but it wasn't available at this location and so I was totally lost when making our order. The girls working were super sweet and patient and made suggestions as we were going through the orders. Service was quick and drinks delicious! Thanks so much ladies for starting our morning off right!
