Horrible Service with unprofessional receptionist.The system was down we passed only doctor examination & made a blood test, the receptionist didn't bother to send all documents as agreed after 2 days, only on request documents was received after 1 week. Once we reached Calgary to do X-Ray receptionist didn't brother to make X-Ray appointment as requested in advance. We needed to look for a clinic to do X-Ray as had a flight in the same day. Irresponsible & unprofessional staff who took money in advance for their services but didn't have enough courtesy to provide a quality service. I will go & write complain to remove you for the list for the medical exam for the Immigration Medical Exam, as people deserve a better service & staff.
