Friendly efficient staff. Normally, not a long wait, but they do get busy. Don't show up 5 minutes before closing and expect to get loaded/unloaded unless you have made previous arrangements.

OMG....AWESOME! 1 day turn around on a rush crate. I didn't think it could be done in time for our companies needs.....but Cratex came through for us! 5 stars - Very impressive - Great job Cratex! And Thank You for the quick turn around. Amazing!
