10/10 Would recommend. Came there last minute due to my Right Rear Tire being low and wanted to have air put in. Staff was beyond nice and he took his time to show me the tire was no longer re usable and needed to be changed. As he didn't have another tire there he called few places for me and made sure car was safe before letting me go. Thanks again guys

Friendly staff, very helpfull and accomodating. Reasonable prices. Love the text inspection tool, very thorough, and helps make decisions quickly about repairs. Best Auto Garage I've ever found.

Not happy at all with my experience, over charge for work and they ended up damaging the part they were installing. After I got home and relieved the damage I called them and they said the owner was in a meeting, haven't heard from them since.

My brakes were a mess. I dropped my car off Friday morning, communicated virtually to see pictures of my current issues and things that could be done later.I ended work at 330, I used a loaner vehicle to get home to my kids and was able to get my vehicle back a few hours later.Great service. I got an amazing service, I couldn't be more thankful to the staff, especially Jaclyn. I was passing through Shelburne, and had issue with my car, it was Thursday late afternoon before a long weekend. They did above and beyond to try and resolve the engine issue I had, after closing hours.When they weren't able to solve it on the spot, they give me their loaner car for the long weekend, and to return it on Monday. Saved my weekend vacation . What a nice people .

I would never return for service or recommend that anyone bring their vehicle here.I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was a wheel alignment. They took an entire day to “diagnose” the issue of the pulling. Turns out it was because my rims were dented. So at the end of day after not having my car an entire day the work could not be done due to them not having rims for my car in stock. No big deal, wasn’t too upset except that I dropped it off at 830am and they couldn’t find the issue until end of business day for bent rims…I returned the next day to have the rims replaced. Over the phone I requested to have my old rims back for my VW Jetta. I was told “no problem”. I returned to pick up my vehicle to be told that one of the technicians got his wife to come on his lunch and pick up my rims and took them home assuming I wouldn’t have asked for them back. So stole the rims off my vehicle without permission.I requested they be returned. I return the next day to pick them up to then be told the technician forgot them at home…They dropped my rims off that day (this is now 3 days of a disaster all for a rim change). The technician failed to return the center caps for my rims… this is now beyond frustrating. I called and the business had to purchase new ones to replace my center caps. All because of one employee.Multiple issues, theft, and days of back and forth and frustration. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Had a very bad experience ....the owner quoted me for a brake like job .once I was in the shop a day and a half later they call me with their comprehensive report telling me the job was now over 3 times the quote.....obviously didn't do rhe job but still have to pay for their time ....which was never mentioned either

Steep oil change cost with mid level oil. Brought my vehicle to another shop that caught multiple long term issues that were overlooked by the techs here. Also found out that my oil drain plug has been stripped and likely had been for some time without ever being notified by autocare. These issues don't happen overnight and I'm disappointed that I can't continue to get my car serviced in town.
