Ron Low MD

Extremely disappointed with the medical advice we received from Ron. This is regarding my one year old with a bad rash. When asked questions regarding my sons rash/eczema he had very vague answers, like he didn’t really know what he was talking about. We left there feeling like we didn’t get the answers we needed.

Very smart man! Seems a bit distant at times but I think that is due to his many years of experience. He does seem to care but he also is there to get a job done...your skin is what he knows best. The office seems fresh and looks great, has a nice feel to it. Beats driving to Calgary when there is a competent doctor right here in Lethbridge.

I waited 3 months for an appointment to wait an hour and a half to see Dr.Low. He was basically backing out of the room the moment he walked in. There were two other people in the room that didn't bother to introduce themselves nor did he bother to introduce them, they just stared at me the whole time, I am assuming they were students, but who knows. He barely looked at my skin condition, didn't listen to word I said, and when he did hear what I said he responded That's weird." as he was walking away down the hall. He gave me two different samples of lotion without explaining if he wanted me to use them at the same time or one at a time to see which one worked

I do not have any issues with Dr. Low and his staff. I go there to have my skin issues monitored and treated and that they do well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Low is very thourough, i have been to a few differnet dermatoligists over the years, he is one of the best. He actually listens to what you tell him and prescribes treatment that actually works.

Save yourself the time, go up to Calgary. Very unprofessional. Really impersonal, we're not guinea pigs. Doesn't give you any sort of treatment plan, keeps you in the dark. I wonder if he'd be any better if he wasn't the only dermatologist in the city.

I have seen Dr. Low three times. All three times he was on time and very professional. Talented that removals were painless and given a follow-up and preventative. An absolute asset to the Lethbridge medical community.

My treatments were great. I asked Dr. Low if he would recommend any further treatments as, I'd be getting married in a few months, and he offered to pin point some deeper veins with a stronger laser, in order to help lessen the appearance of my rosecea before the wedding. I was very pleased and thankful! Thank you so much Dr. Low!!

Dr. Low is an extremely competent, knowledgeable doctor with a most personable approach. He’s a gift to me in helping with my skin issues. Would rate him 10 out of 5 if I could.

This guy is a fantastic doctor, has thousands of patients, good work Doc. It's impossible to please everyone.
