I am so incredibly thankful that Ali Al-akraby is working at the Kal Tire near me. He has been such a great help, easy to deal with, honest guy and great personality! He has put me at ease by taking good care of my leaking tire. I got tires changed, installed, balanced and wheel alignment. No hassles, no worries. Price was reasonable. I just recently referred my family member there too. Thanks to Ali and Heissan for their quality service.

I needed to get some new tires on my vehicle, went to Kal Tire as I have been here a few times before and was happy with the service. Ali the assistant manager has done it again, I hope the company realizes what a gem they have working for them. His costumer service skills are on point and very personable. I brought my car the next day to be serviced and I believe the guys name was Alex-sorry if I got it wrong- he was also very helpful and professional.This is one of the few places I feel comfortable going into as a female when it comes to car related issues. Way to go kal!!!

Inconsistent level of service / quality.They did a great job when I wanted to buy and install a set of wheels and tires.Not such a great job when it came to a seasonal tire swap - missed re-installing the spacers needed for my summer wheels; ironically, the very wheels they previously sold and installed for me.

Great team, great people!! Leon is an amazing manager. It was nice and exciting to see him going above and beyond, greeting every customer, and setting the right expectations. I have worked in retail for a long time in different capacities - it was pleasant to see that.Also, they should have competitive prices and should reward/discount returning customers who also give referrals.$135 for alignment is a bit high plus no physical report printed and handed out (puts customers into a dilemma if the alignment was performed)Right pricing, the right products, and the right attitude go a long way!!Special thanks to Ali, he has an amazing attitude and advises right. Love dealing with him.

Leon is an amazing manager. He is very courteous, polite and very patient. Also, the mechanic Ali is a very helpful guy. Ali knows his stuff; anything tires, Ali's the guy.

Went there today for the first time to have my winter tires swap to my summer tires. Derrick was very helpful. Customer service was polite and they greet you with smile. I gave them 5 stars because i like the positive vibe in there and the service was smooth. I will definitely go back here for all services from now on. Consistently honest, helpful, and great at what they do. Highly recommend for all maintenance, repairs, new tires, and seasonal changeover. Good peace of mind having a garage like this to trust for any car issues that crop up. Thank you!

[Updated my previous 5 star review]Down to 2.5 Stars based on experiences in Nov 2022.I consider this KalTire just like the rest of the garages I've dealt with in the past - Average. I have been going to this location for over 10 years - it was the level of service and attention to detail why loved this KalTire and recommended it to friends.Recent visits have led me to change my review. (Not based on one experience but over several tire swaps and oil changes, and new tire purchase) I know staffing maybe an issue with Covid over the past 2-3 years, so some things are understandable, but still....Things like booking an appointment for 1pm (which I was told would be 90mins or so) dropping the car off earlier in the day, and then coming back at 3:30pm and the car is still on the hoist.. so glad I wasn't in the store still waiting. Not having my tires bagged, and having to come back to the store to get missing Lug nuts. I know, these are *small* things, but you know, it's that attention to detail and professionalism that is missing. Makes you wonder how well the job on the vehicle is being done?The previous management and staff at this location ran it really well, I'm not sure whats going on now. This is store is so bad specially at communication. They made me came back twice. On the first appointment they told they don't have enough people because their are family emergency and the next appointment they cancelled me again, because Derick leave me a message the week before that he can't fix my car because they had so many car to change tire which it's not my problem because they don't know how to fix their schedule and their are so bad on communication. My car was in bad situation. They made me assume that they can fix my car. Their next available is May like I'm not gonna wait for that, that is so crazy. I am not even giving this 1 star. Whoever is reading guys, give them a call before you guys go to their auto shop.
