I just had a Mini-split installed and was very impressed with their installers and the installation. They were cheerful and worked extremely well as a team. They were fastidiously clean and careful of the outside plants. They were careful around an active Chikadee nesting box. They had a plan and each knew their job. Impressive and Professional!!

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. First thing in the morning called a couple of heating companies we’ve used before and were put on a waiting list for repair. Not something you want to hear in February. Called Hotchkiss and without hesitation said someone would be there within an hour. Matt showed up in 45 minutes, found the problem, fixed and we had heat! Very professional; and as I told Matt, you have a new customer for any heating or cooling needs. Thank you Matt and Hotchkiss Heating!

I am so grateful to Hotchkiss for coming out to assess and fix our furnace. It is currently -2 degrees and while our furnace was working, it was failing to keep parts of the house above 58 degrees. I was really worried because we are having a baby next week- and I didn't want the furnace to completely fail during that time.They were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner, and then called and said they could come a business day earlier. In just under an hour and a half my furnace was fixed and the price was very reasonable.Thank you guys and you are at the top of our list for future issues or if any friends need referrals.All the best,Erin

I purchased a new furnace and installation from Hotchkiss in February 2020. Due to the space where my furnace is located and the age of my home, it was a tough job that several local companies declined to even attempt. Hotchkiss was professional, honest, and creative with their work.I had issues with my blower motor earlier this month and was without heat. When I called up Hotchkiss for service, they had a tech on the way within an hour! I was fixed up in no time. Know that if you choose Hotchkiss for a major installation or replacement, they honor their warranties and value their customers.

After being disillusioned with a couple of companies, I contact3d Hotchkiss. They responded quickly, we set up a date, Matt called before he came and was spot on in his arrival time. WE needed a part to repair our system, Matt ordered it immediately and within 3 days Matt returned and repair work was complete. Matt is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained clearly what the issue was that needed repair and henceforth , it will only be Hotchkiss for our bi-yearly system checkups. And if possible,I will request Matt.

Our furnace quit working during a cold snap in the weather. Everyone that has come out to inspect/repair the furnace was helpful and professional. We decided to replace our furnace. Derek helped us decide on the best model for our home. The next day, Shad and Mac arrived and installed the new furnace. Shad and Mac were considerate, courteous, and thorough during the removal and installation process. I would highly recommend the Hotchkiss team.

We had a mini-split system put in by Hochkiss and couldn't be more pleased. we had an especially good experience with the installer Mac and his apprentice, as well as the estimator Jason. They expertly answered all our questions. We would highly recommend them.
