Tyler and his team were fantastic to work with. Replaced an absolute hack job of a furnace/AC that was in my new house that was previously installed. Tyler and his crew showed up on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. Will certainly use them in the future for all gas and AC needs. Highly recommend them!

I use Stott HVAC Systems Inc for regular HVAC maintenance at my house. Recently when Clifford serviced my 22-year-old furnace he detected a leak in the heat exchanger. This required a full furnace replacement.The team reacted quickly with quotations for a few suitable models, a personal phone call to help me select the best unit, and a schedule for replacement. Tom and Jack arrived the very next week and installed the new furnace in one day. All floors were covered with protection and left spotless. My husband Bob and I are very happy with the service provided by Stott HVAC systems. A recent experience only just serves to highlight the care and professionalism of this company. On a routine Fall furnace maintenance visit our HVAC technician par excellence, Cliff, was in the driveway when he detected a troublesome sound coming from the furnace. Cliff quickly diagnosed the problem and pointed out that we were just within the warranty expiration for the part. Even with supply chain issues the part was sourced and Cliff returned promptly to get our furnace in his words ‘purring like a kitten’. We cannot put a price on the peace of mind that Cliff and everyone at Stott gives us knowing our furnace and air conditioner are running safely and smoothly. See you in the Spring!

One of the best services I used in Canada. So professional from a technical as well as service point of view. They provided and installed a furnace for me; the following year they did some analysis on my thermostat systems; did an overall evaluation of my HVAC system and ways to improve its efficiency; installed a steam humidifier; relocated the A/C system for a landscaping project. Our on-demand water heater/boiler broke down on a Saturday morning and by 1 P.M., Ben from Stott HVAC came and diagnosed the problem. The unit was not repairable and had to be replaced. Later that day, Ben gave me a quote, which I accepted. As the cold weather had already set in, I was in a hurry to have the installation done as soon as possible. Ben kindly was able to arrange an installation only 3 days later, which I certainly appreciated. The team of Jim, Nick, Vince and Ben installed the new unit. They were very thorough and put down drop cloths so as to not leave a mess. Ben worked until 8 P.M. to ensure the new unit worked perfectly (a combined water heater/boiler which heated the house). Thanks Ben for going the extra mile, for coming on a Saturday and working late to make sure we had heat. The whole team was professional; both my wife and I appreciated this professionalism and courtesy.

We are extremely happy with Stott HVAC Systems! We had a quote and a new furnace installed within 24 hours of our old furnace breaking down. And they also delivered 5 space heaters to us so we could keep warm until the new furnace was installed. Nice touch! Outstanding customer service! The installation crew was respectful of COVID measures and were very polite and professional. They took great care to ensure our house stayed clean while they were bringing equipment in. Amazing customer service by Bob, Tim, Ian. The whole team was nice and professional and without being pushy. If your looking to change your heater and don't know where to start then I would recommend Stott HVAC System. They are excellent on price and customer service. Bunch of nice guys which is rare come to think about it. They will even drop of the heaters incase you don't have one to back you up. Ian's team came at 8:30 and finish 11:30 with no rushing. Everything was nicely explained to me by Ian on how to maintain my Carrier furnace amongst other important things. Very nice guy. Also Bob was great guy to talk to with over 40 years of experience and guide me through pretty much everything there is to know about furnaces before making final decision.Will recommend Stott HVAC Systems anytime.Thank you guys for the great service.Mark
