It's the place you want to go to get your bike fixed. They replaced a broken wheel bearing in my road wheel which is a PITA kind of job for which they did not charge a lot of money despite the fact that they were very busy with spring time bike sales. I'm very grateful.

Great personalized service from a great staff. They custom built my Trek Domani 5 years ago and the annual service has remained true to form. I will buy my next bike from these guys. They are excellent on after market service.

Dealing with Kris was great. We came to an agreement that was fair for me. His attention to detail when showing me how the bike worked was very appreciated. He answered all of my questions and even though the shop was busy Kris gave me as much of his time that I needed. This bike is my first eMTB and I needed that time. The bike ( Cube Reaction Pro ) was set up perfectly and only needed a bit of tweaking which Kris did. The bike is very comfortable. I am so happy with this bike and very pleased that I bought it from Kamikaze Bikes

I've had my gravel bike and MTB serviced here. These guys love bikes, know them inside and out, won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done, and they are great at customer service.

After moving from Burlington to Port McNicoll. I needed to find a new bike shop… I found one, and will now be driving almost an hour to get to Kamikaze bikes in Collingwood.Service, attention to detail, and care for customers is how I would summarize this store and service shop. Kris and the staff make you feel like you are part of their famiy, I would like to thank Kris for his help in prepping to sell my triathlon bike a few weeks ago. I highly recommend Kamikaze Bike Shop!
