I had a wasp problem in my garden last spring, which was a problem because I run a day-care so I needed it fixed immediately. I called and left a message for Responders Pest Control, as well as various other local pest control companies one evening and the prior company called me back first and came to visit within the hour. I am very thankful for the speedy, knowledgeable, friendly and economically-savvy pest control service.

Called late night on Monday to ask questions about bed bugs, got to set up an appointment for that same week on Friday. Very nice to talk to, understanding and answered all off our questions without hesitation or being annoyed. Came on time for the appointment, walked us through what would happen, took a walk through of the house to confirm we removed what needed to be gone. Very happy with there service, would recommend over any other company.

Had these guys come down and help with a bedbug problem, excellent staff, good price compared to other exterminators. Went for the heat treatment and haven't had any problems. Josh came down and helped prep the house which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I have never had this issue before I didn't know what had to be done before they started their work. The next day they started the heaters. Josh and Rhys are great employees, very knowledgeable and professional. Very happy I decided to go with this company.

Excellent Service from the start! When I called to set up an appointment, Responders worked around my schedule and were able to come within the day. Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the Guy that came to my house seemed extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process of the traps and poison. Not only did they help me get rid of my mice, but he also noticed that I had the start of a squirrel nest in the attic. He took care both issues during the same trip! In spring they are going to follow up to seal any openings where the rodents are coming into my home. Great service and very affordable price! Definitely would use again. Fingers crossed I don't have too.
