Great ambassadors for the province. They were friendly and helpful. BTW, new Brunswick has some of the best roads in Canada.

Lots of great information about New Brunswick and one of the staff there was kind enough to remind us that there is an hours difference between New Brunswick and Quebec.

Arrived as part of a tour bus. While I admit large groups are more annoying, given the volume of people and the size of the centre, the staff were not helpful and quite curt. The two staff members instead just stood there and stared at us, not even bothering to smile. Our group was not loud, and only went to use the washrooms and grab maps. A tourist is a tourist, and I certainly did not feel welcome. This was very unprofessional.

The staff here were super friendly, and were quick to answer a phone call. There are literally hundreds of pamphlets and brochures for points of interest in all of New Brunswick, all neatly sorted out on the shelves. The washrooms were all clean and modern.There's also a small flower park on the premises that serves as a nice break from the road trip and lets you stretch your legs.

Good facility with the usual selection of printed information but was particularly good because of the staff who helped with a lot of local knowledge. Great assistance with my wish to get off the beaten paths during my trip.
