Seriously the inspection was a joke. If I didn't spend an extra hour and a half at the house when he left I would have bought it and made a huge mistake. I understand home inspectors are only there for 2.5 maybe 3 hours but to miss the simplest things such as water damage, leaking sinks, and foundation issues is just unacceptable. Save your $500 and go elsewhere..seriously.

Used this company last year before our purchase. We had to purchase virtually due to covid restrictions so we were hoping we hired someone we could trust. Have since found a couple things not to code. Currently our family of 6 is living without a hot water heater because it blew on sunday, it is now tuesday, and you would think we could simply put a new one in but the contractor showed up and said it's not to code we would have to build walls and doors or get a completely different venting system put in so he left and we are still without a hot water tank. Now we have to wait several more days to get one put in.
