B&W Locksmith & Auto Marda Loop

Don't count on them for emergencies.I locked myself out of my house at about 2am Friday night and called them. They took my info and told me a technician would call me back. I called them 2 more times over the next hour trying to find out if someone was coming to help me and each time they said they sent my info to the tech and they would call me.No one ever called me or came to help me. My dog and I were locked out in the middle of the night at -15 and no one even called.I'm sure they do a great job at their regular services but I guess they were the wrong people to call for emergency assistance.

The technician only Took a half hour to get to my car. As I Locked my keys in the car with it running. The technician was fast and efficient has my door opened in less than a minute. I was very impressed with him.

About a month ago I bought a key fob on Market place and the guy did the programing, Never buy key fobs on Market place, I was cheeping out, but it cost me! the key stopped working on a trip to Manitoba (not fun) Bobby and the team at B&W re-programed the key and got me fixed up in less then 10 min. Fantastic customer service, I will not shop for a locksmith in the future, Thank you B&W.

I was happy to discover that B&W's new location in Queensland is right around the corner from my place. I called them, They said come one by. I did and was in and out in 20 minutes. I got my new FOB programmed and key cut for way cheaper than if I went to the dealer like I was planning to do. Very professional even in super sub zero temps when I got the work done. Highly recommended. Worth going out of your way if you have to, or they will come to you. From what I saw they have mobile units that will come to your door. Great people/ Love using local small business as everyone should.

These guys are amazing. Our lock broke the night before we were going out of town (of course) and we were in panic mode. I called and they sent someone within an hour and it was all fixed up!As for their technician, Ian, he was great! He was quick, friendly and just one of the kindest, most genuine people I have met in some time. Afterwards, I told my partner the world would be a much better place if more people were like him and she was quick to agree. We gave a generous tip but if you guys give bonuses please give this man one. I cannot overstate how pleasant this otherwise stressful situation was due to his speed, work, and friendliness.I would 100% recommend this company to any family and friends that are in need. Way to go!

I was a bit nervous about getting a key cut for my Subaru. I had heard so many horror stories and had wildly fluctuating price quotes. It would be easy to fool me as it's an area I know nothing about. But at some point, even with a lot of research, you've got to trust someone. Dmitri was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He cut and programmed the key for a reasonable price and it works great. And he did it quite quickly as I waited. He clearly knows what he's doing and he's trustworthy.

Fantastic experience using B&W.My car key got jammed in the cylinder and couldn't be removed nor would it start the car. I wish i'd called B&W before being convinced to have the car towed because they sorted the issue no problem. Very professional service and at a great price!Thank you!

Super happy I called these guys. The guy at the office was very helpful and the locksmith that came to my place was on time, professional and the price was fair. I lost my key and needed a new one.. I ended up getting 2 because you never know when you loose it again (: Will call them again if in need. Recommending.

I had Hunter(I think that was his name) come and replace my Mercedes keys for me. I had lost my keys and he came u mocked the car and replaced my key with a new one. It saved the hassle from going and towing my car to Mercedes. I am so grateful for your service thank you so much.
