Staff are very rude. They closed the Sarcan store at 1650 instead 1700. I requested to enter, but staff denied. Even I phoned them. They said, can you pay for overtime. This behaviour is totally unacceptable. Please have a look.

Amazing place, great service, however like most small businesses they need to staff their lanes a bit better, maybe have a few staff members to be jumpers maybe, have em ready to come out and open a lane for faster customer service!

Went to dispose of an over the range microwave, was turned away because it may contain food debris. It did not, they refused to look at it properly. I pay a recycling fee at time of purchase only to find out that it is not recyclable. You'll find this microwave in the nearest dumpster, or perhaps on the sidewalk in front of city hall.

Sarcan still no resolution of my complain, still waiting after submitting all the receiptsI strongly advise to check the total again before given to the cashier.May be I am wrong but I feel it the total was wrong. Sarcan can you check it please…

My first visit to this location and I was very impressed with the Drop & Go service. It started with an attendant outside who answered my question about parking. He also saved me from making an embarrassing mistake while printing my tags.The place was spotless and actually dropping off my containers was a breeze.Thank you SARCAN, and unnamed attendant. I'll be back.

The set up is great for the drop off. But i left 12 boxes and large bags and got 36$ back. I think they dont count it properly with out you standing there.

This SARCAN is super clean and has multiple lines that run very fast. Every couple weeks I go and I'm in and out in 5 minutes. Have used Drop and Go as well from time to time and it's very efficient and has a large drop off bay perfect for large amounts of bags.

One of the bedt experiences I have had at a Sarcan. Quick and easy, they have a pretty state of the art mechanism at keeping the containere moving fast and efficiently. Definitely look forward to all other Sarcans renovating to match the efficiency of this specific location. Staff are attentive and efficient. I can't stress how efficient this location is lol. It's excellent. 10/10 recommend taking your recyclables to this Sarcan.100% the best Sarcan experience.
