Walk in at 8:55pm. The girl at the front says hold on for a few minutes then order. Then it's after 9pm she asks me what I want then says the till isn't working after 9pm. Brutal customer service.Hi replying to your response yes the location was open until 9pm. I went to quiznos next door and I had the same experience they closed before 9pm. I am disappointed and your staff shouldn't cut corners.

The worst experience from Freshii, I ordered teriyaki bowl with beef, when I got home, I got this junky food. The bowl with so much sauce, it tasty salty and unhealthy. The rice is hard to chew, the beef tastes so disgusting. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, but I definitely won’t come back.

Ordered through Skip the dishes for dinner tonight, my husband got everything he ordered. Me however I was missing 1 water bottle, 1 bag of chips, 1 smoothie, 1 elixir and the mango, cheese and dressing on mine…. Skip won’t give us a refund and calling the restaurant just gives a busy tone. What a huge waste of money!! The food I did get was great, but the amount of food missing is huge!!!

Ordered the Buddha’s satay bowl with tofu and eggs through Ubereats. They didn’t add tofu or eggs and the carrots visibly look old and not fresh. No crunch to them and they’re looking on the browner side. Disgusting. Second bad experience with them. This location should be shut down.

Ordered three oaxaca bowls through delivery, however all three bowls arrived without any sauce. Staff missed adding the spicy yogurt sauce to the bowls, making them very dry to eat.

Been at this location a couple of times.Food is okay I would not say it’s the best vs another location.Only issue here is the staff. I thought the first time maybe it’s a bad day but it has been happening all the times I was there. Will not be repeating this place anymore.

I have been to this location several times and each time the staff has been super unfriendly. Today the staff was exceptionally unfriendly. I had said hello to her and she didn’t even look up in my direction or respond. When she was done making the order she just put it on the counter and walked away without a word. Generally I would have just chalked it up to they are having a bad day but this has been a regular occurrence. It’s a shame because I generally like Freshii, but I’d rather drive to a further location that has better service than go back to this one.

Ordered through delivery, missing one of our smoothies, an elixir and the drink and chips from one of our combos! Also found to be missing items requested in one of our bowls and special requests were not honoured! Won’t be visiting or ordering from this location ever again!Pretty bad to miss this amount of stuff! Couldn’t even reach store, tried multiple times only to be met with a busy signal…
