DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BROKERAGE.I've been paying my premium every month for many years. When faced with having an accident, I'm then told that I'm NOT covered?!! (yes, I have full coverage) Roughley negated to add my newly purchased vehicle to my policy; therefore, I'm left with a severely damaged vehicle at a total loss. When I notified my insurance company, my broker had still not added the vehicle to the policy, almost a week later!!! So I WILL be taking the proper steps and file a complaint. NO ONE should ever pay for a service, yet when it's required, have it revoked!* I'll update if/when appropriate. *These days, MOST people are use technology and depend on WHAT OTHERS experience (negative/positive), to go forth with a decision to visit ... through these reviews.It's great to have the ability to share this experience" with others

I have been with Roughley Insurance for many years and am very happy with them. I have been dealing with Cassandra Wildman and she is amazing. Any questions or concerns are answered quickly. I have also recommended my family members and they are all very satisfied. Everyone in the office is pleasant and quick to help!! Highly recommend them :-).

I have been treated very well with my broker agent in meeting my specific insurance needs at a reasonable cost for a number of years. They have been very good at giving me applicable discount rates based on property feature eligibility .Recently we had to make a property damage claim and the support that we received was excellent in expediting the claim without any surprises or undue delays. That created a lot of peace of mind for us in our particular situation. Agents that we worked with were very pleasant and very efficient in processing our claim.

We have had our business and personal insurance with Roughley Insurance for many years and have always received great service. We tend to be a little 'last minute' (so not your ideal client) and I find them pleasant and accommodating even when I know we are causing their work to be put aside, so our request can be dealt with. I do recommend Roughley and will continue to support local businesses. They will solve problems you don't know exist!

Submitted a request online for insurance took them 3 days to get back to me and a week to supply me with a quote, called another insurance company NFP who had it all setup in one day for me, if you do use them and get Rebecca as your reply, ask for a new rep, other then that prices are fair, and are locally located.

As this was my first time buying car insurance the idea seemed overwhelming but Christine from Roughly provided me with a clear outline of all the details that I needed to know. I have been with Roughly going back to when I started driving, they have always looked after me personally and for several years as a business with care and really took the time to understand my needs and coverages for myself and our technicians to be safe out there. As a business we go through changes from coverages to a change of staff to change of company vehicle and with one email to Cassandra and her team I know it is done.
