Need to get done work when you say you will and call when you say you are going to. Felt very led around a bush when dealing with them. Even went to kamloops and brought them back the glass they needed for my 1hour job - it took almost 24hrs to get it installed (from when I dropped it off). Not good enough but only ones in town with the special install tool it needed. Argh.

Most unprofessional company I have ever seen... My husband did a shower job for them recently. Took almost 6 weeks to track down his payment.. we were told multiple times that the payment would be ready and the piece of glass for our truck (back window) would also be ready for pick up. Only to show up and have the shop closed. Took 6 weeks waiting on glass only to be told once I finally got involved that the glass was shipped to the wrong place, which I for one, do not believe we just called Kamloops and they have it ready within 3 hours for us. DO NOT recommend this company. And that's being nice about it.
