Walking in, we had no intentions In buying anything. I just wanted to see a particular model of dishwasher and was going to buy at Costco. I was with my husband and 3 kids (they stayed at the arcade machines which was perfect!). Celeste came to me and we started talking. And not once did she make me feel like she was selling me anything. It just felt natural as if I was talking to a friend. She even suggested to go for a “cheaper” model/brand. So it was not about the money for her. And I really appreciated that. I not only was convinced I still wanted the original model but I ended up buying it! Thank you Celeste for your patience and advices!

My boyfriend and I just bought a house - obviously were were in need of alot of things ! We started with home appliances and Louise was able offer us her expertise and knew exactly what we needed ! The only person who helped me solve the situation in LAVAL store was AZIZ ! Aziz has a good communication and knows how to solve problems !He is the best and he deserves more than 5 stars !!Worst delivery ever they broke the fridge when delivering it to me and they brought the sofa sectional missing 2 parts ! Brick needs to higher more employees and stop sending 2 persons per huge deliveries ! This is inhuman !They were super tired ! They hit my wall all scratched it ! They scratched my wooden floor !And this all happened after a huge problem at their client service in store because of their bad quality sofas i bought the first time and wanted to return them !Thanks to AZIZ ! The only sales manager who had to go beyond his tasks to solve my issue !

Be careful.. they add some insurance without your consent.. I get charged 139$/ m once I reached them hey said call the insurance company... which I never knew who are they

My boyfriend and I went to Bricks to get furniture for our first appartement. We went the first time last Saturday and we had the pleasure to meet Frank. A great human being and brutally honest seller. He didn’t try to increase the bill or make us second thought on anything. He took the necessary time to validate our needs and share useful advises. He used to say and we will not forget: « what you pay is what you get » and it helped us make better choices.
