The service was fast and the staff are friendly. However, I was disappointed when I got home that my large fries doesn't seem to be large at all. Also, the bacon on my poutine were not sliced/cut.

This Wendy's location is big and bright, with plenty of seating and lots of windows with a good view of Main St. The kiosk used to place the order is easy to use. The service is fast and good. The employee that handed me my tray, was friendly. The pop machine was a little hard to use. The condiment area was dirty. The food was hot, freshly prepared and nicely put together.

The atmosphere was so good and quite so we can enjoy the best and less crowed. and they server perfect meal and ut was good cooked.

I love Wendy’s food, but due to how far I live I do not order from Uber Eats because it can be too much especially the fees Uber wants to be charging.This has always been my goto location due to its great food, quality and the customer service. The location is very much perfect as it is not as far from the bus stop and it does not take too long to get your items to catch the next bus (depending on how much you order, you won’t get raw food either).I bought some items for my family on May 24th, 2023 and I purposely ordered my sister’s order first because she is allergic to cheese, they still managed to place cheese on the burger after I told them specifically not to. It’s not the cashier’s fault as I saw them input it manually along with the receipt, it’s the back staff cooking it.There needs to be a better communication or they really need to read the order to make sure it is correct. I have no problem if they mess it up to take time to correct it because if she was deathly allergic and she didn’t check, this can be a liability issue for them. I didn’t check because my hands were not clean and hand sanitizer really doesn’t do the trick.Other than that they did make one item that I also stated no cheese have no cheese on it. So I know it’s an honest mistake, I’ll make sure to check the burgers before I leave and I await for my next visit.

Quick service. Not a lot of foreign chatter. The waitresses tend to mind their own business. Most customers are focussed on their meals but I did notice a few people who were less focussed. I get nervous about attracting their attention. I am pleased they have cheap hot items but I don't intend to get the combos.i have had the icecream,. Which are also quite cheap.not many conv stores sell hot items except 711. In my case, I could buy a 711 hotdog and eat next door. Then I have takeout lunch. This is a private review I trust. The Wendy's I tend to use is close to everything else but I won't disclose details

Bad experience 1: The girl that took my order this evening was so friendly but I asked for a well done burger and med fries and got a dry burnt burger and a very light med fries. Well done means fresh. Slap a burger on the grill, I'LL WAITBad experience 2: I don't know where the other half of my large fries are and they are dryyyyyy!

They got 3 out of my 5 orders wrong. Instead of apologizing and replacing their mistake, the staff were rude about it. Staff definitely need to be retrained, including the manager on duty who didn’t care how her staff talk down at the customers.

Not only is this the best wendys in Brampton. But this is by far the best fast food burger spot in this city. The owner/franchisee is doing it right. Cause everytime i come here ...breakfast...lunch..etc. its always awesome. Keep up the good work.

Food is very good. Drive thru is fast and efficient. Best value when you have coupons otherwise starts to get expensive. Baked potato is excellent if you want a healthier change from French fries. Pop machine inside has wide range of choices.Of all the fast food in Brampton I think this is the best.
