A great place fow sewing enthusiasts. There is a bargain rack at the back of the store. Prices are more reasonable if you have a membership.

Useless members of staff, talking amongst themselves rather than offering to help. Absolutely miserable, not one employee smiled or made eye contact. When I got there there were 4 employees at the cutting table. When I had chosen my fabric there was only one who was working incredibly slowly. I stood at the table for 15 minutes while other employees ignored me and aimlessly wandered around the store. Ended up leaving without the $68 fabric I was going to purchase. Hopefully I can buy it online elsewhere so I don’t have to support such a poor store.

In what I can only imagine must be a toxic work environment, I honestly don't believe I have ever encountered a more negative shopping experience. From openly bickering employees to one word replies to my questions, it felt like I was interrupting their day. Not to mention, I don't believe one employee smiled the entire time we were there.Will definitely not be returning.

Why aren’t hours back to 8 PM every day. More new fabric like real stretch for pants ect.

I really like this store. I've been shopping there for the many years we lived in St. Albert and continue to shop there even after moving out to the Onoway area. I love the product choices and the feel of the store. Always can find what I need...and sometimes better than what I went in for!!!
