clean shop, friendly staff

The Tim Hortons at the gas station says closes at nine yet all week they have been closing at 7 or 8. This is a little pathetic. Change your hours and stay open for the length of time you should be. I'll also be contacting head office. You guys don't pay attention when people come in to order to busy talking amongst yourselves.

Montreal Rd location beside mcdonalds. Tuesday @10:30pm Very argumentative cashier. 3 red bulls marked for $6 he argued with the customer. Then proceeded to take sign down still would not give her the sale price. Then she grabbed a 4 pre packed red bulls marked clearly $7.50 and he still wouldn't give her that price he marked it down to $10. I didn't realize the cashier makes the prices. I told him he has to give her the price its advertised for then he preceded to tell me to mind my business she is a good customer. Well she was arguing with him as well. Ill never step foot inside that store again. Very rude and argumentive poor customer service if i could give less then 1 star i would.

Have come here a few times. Cashiers were rather rude in how they would attempt a show at ignorance, during and after a sale. Normally would not care much, but felt and seemed odd, at the selectiveness in which these incedents occured.Probably nothing, but as a consumer and regular customer, was rather offputting.

I go to this convenience store fairly often and it is always the same gentleman working. He is very friendly and welcoming (hence why I go fairly often!!)

Went to this location tonight bought chocolate bars 2 Twixs and 2 Mars as they had a deal on.... Get home go to open the Mars right near the best before date and it was 12/2018. Go back to the same location to see if it was a fluke and nope too 2 rows all the same but very bottom best before 6/2019 proceeded to the cash to point it out and the young guy was very rude telling me he won't do anything so I asked for owners number, head office number and store number he said I don't feel like it..... He then went on to threaten myself and he was mad I stood up for myself he kept looking at my husband saying control her..... I will be speaking to owner tomorrow as we go there a lot and a complaint will be made to head office about the selling of expired goods!!!!

Young lady working there was disrespectful and rude! Last time I go there for anything! So disappointed!!
