Wonderful chairside manner; professional, friendly and caring staff. Definitely puts patients first. More than once we've arrived in pain, all stressed out, and left laughing with a problem solved. Excellent surgical followup. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Dr. Eng enough. At the consultation for my wisdom teeth removal, I was worried because of complications with impacted teeth but Dr. Eng made me feel comfortable by the level of expertise he projected. My procedure was quick and painless and supported by his wonderful staff who made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Doctor Joseph Friedlich is amazing!I'm so happy my dentist referred me to him for my wisdom tooth removal. He was professional and fast, but still gentle. I didn't believe him when he'd said it was done. He did the extraction so quickly, (and almost pain free), that I didn't believe him when he said it was done. His nurse even asked if I wanted to keep the tooth. I said that I wanted to see it, because I didn't believe that it was over so fast. It was a great dental experience, for a wisdom tooth extraction!

I was sent to consult on a difficult extraction I’d had almost two weeks before, still hurting. Dr. Eng was so thorough and so kind, he even said I could get in touch while out of the country and he would find a referral for me there. Excellent and heart warming experience!

Had surgery done to fix my underbite by Dr. Friedlich, and ended up ruining my face. I came to him many times with concerns that my jaw was moving after surgery for years and was indirectly accused of mental illness. Today I don't even recognize myself. I was better off without the surgery.Oh, and he also decided to lift up my shirt to expose my stomach while checking my heartbeat. 1. doctors don't even lift up the shirt, they go under and 2. It was not necessary to check my heartrate ... I didn't understand it at the time, I was too young. But that was incredibly inappropriate.

I’m so lucky finding Dr. Eng and thanks to my dentist for referring me to him. The office staff are great, the nurses are all amazing and my new Oral surgeon is just amazing amazing doctor, great bedside manner explain you everything you need to do and you need to know. He made me feel at ease during my consultation and my pre-op and post-op. Having anxiety is not easy and made me just like someone he knows for a very long time and friend not a patient. Just WOW.. Thank you Dr. Eng

Got all 4 wisdom teeth out by Dr Eng, felt no pain at all during or after the surgery. Also had zero swelling. Great experience, all the staff are amazing and answered all the questions I had the day after surgery and even called to check up on me during recovery.

Dr. Eng, is amazing!I visited Dr. Eng to have a molar extracted because the tooth broke off at the root.Dr. Eng took his time to explain all my options.He started the procedure, the next I knew it was over.Today there is no swelling, no pain, I have to remind myself that I had my molar removed.I highly recommend Dr. Eng and his staff.
