Great place to rent a car in the GTA.-Affordable prices-Great Customer service.

Worst experience ever. Don't ever rent from this scam of a company. There cars are not road ready, very unprofessional, and there was more than one occasion they tried to over charge me. They tell you one thing and charge you another. They do this without providing explanation nor any type of paperwork or proof to tell you why this has happened. There own employees have told me issues that they face with this company, whether it's not paid on time or being taken advantage of. VERY unprofessional place I will NEVER rent from these guys again and you shouldn't either. There are many private local renters in the area that for one are a lot cheaper and actually care about customers. I would give this company a 0 star.

Our car was dented, dirty, had two broken and unusable windshield wipers, they said they had no other cars to exchange, the car wasn't ready for an hour after they said it would be, no one was there to return the car to. Overall it was a terrible experience. The girl working was nice but the whole business was a joke. It's not worth the cheap price to have a car without wipers and have to spend hours waiting on both ends of the deal. I can't imagine how they deal with an accident or any problems with their vehicles, they surely do not care about the maintenance.

By far the best experience yet. The quote I got on the phone was exactly the price I paid. No hidden fees or costs. Staff was really helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend renting from Roadstar and supporting local small business rather than paying an arm and a leg at those expensive car rental places.

Amazing car rental company. They helped me when no one would. Pick up was as easy as 1-2-3. Drop off was actually easy as well. Even offered to drop me off for a low fee, awesome people. Would give them a ten star, if it were an option. I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.

Good car for a reasonable price, friendly and helpful service. They even gave us a ride to the airport gate when we returned our car.Had some trouble with the paperwork, but got all the help I needed. All in all a very good experience!
