Ginger (manager) and her team at the Bayshore store are exceptional at their craft, providing terrific customer service. I would recommend seeing them if you are looking for a new pair or two of sunglasses.

Bought glasses few years ago at a different location. Unfortunately ear piece fell off. Went to this location and the manager Ginger fixed them up like new. No questions asked, no hassles just a big smile. She cleaned them up too and they look like new! This is amazing service!!

Really friendly staff, even if i was just wearing a flipflops and rugged clothes.

My fave Ralph Lauren aviator sunglasses had a mishap when a gust of wind blew them off a patio table… the customer service I received from the Sunglass Hut staff was excellent and in particular, Vanessa went over and beyond with her assistance! : ).

Went in search of nose pads for my Oakley Flex. The store clerk said he didn't know if they would have any, but that he'd search. He found the replacements promptly. Great, friendly service.

The level of personal service and quality of advice was by far the best we have had in any store of all types for a long, long time.The advisor provided confidence to us to make the right choice and their knowledge of the products and promotions was outstanding.The in-store technology tool used to visualize various options and customize a choice based to our needs was a great improvement from having to try on multiple pairs of glasses.

If you come to this location ask for Shivang. Best customer service I have had from any retail in years. The best service I have had in any Sunglass Hut ever. Thank you!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. Ignored me, had no idea what they were talking about regarding RayBan sunglasses The staff did not like the fact that I spoke upAbout their terrible salesmanship and proceeded to tell me and my husband that we were racist. I asked the salesperson why me speaking up about the bad job they were doing was racist he responded with “because you’re white”. Absolutely disgusted with this store. Not a dig against sunglass hut as a whole, I’ve usually had excellent experiences there and will continue to buy me and my families glasses there. But the management of this store really needs to take a step back and look at who they’re hiring. Never have I left a store SHAKING from rage until this experience!

Hands down the best customer service one could ask for. Attention to details, not pushy on sales and willing to help find the right pair of sunglasses suited to my face type. Worth the visit and would recommend to others
