Sherry was such a grounding, comforting, and knowledgeable presence throughout my septum piercing. She asked my name, and used the name I'm comfortable with even though my legal name is something different. I was given a few options for jewelry, and had lots of time to choose the piece that fit my look. I would strongly recommend this studio for anyone wanting a kinder piercing experience than most places in the city will offer.

Really loved the service I received here. The piercer was trusted, empathetic and patient, she took the time with me to select the most appropriate jewelry for my desired piercing. I also found that the jewelry selection was amazing -So much to choose from, and different colour of iodized metals. All of the piercing equipment was sterilized and the piercer was experienced, knowledgable and I knew I could trust her. I would highly recommend this place ! :)

Fast and friendly service. Ally did my helix and forward helix as painlessly as possible. She was personable and made me comfortable right away. She walked me through what to expect, advised me on considerations, gave me ample time to evaluate placement before making my decision and was very thorough about aftercare when everything was done. I love how my new piercings look and will be back.Updated review, because they’re just that good. I followed all of Ally’s advice and had zero issues with healing. Everything was looking better than I expected and was fairly low maintenance. My earring fell out after I was fussing with it (had gotten it tangled in my hair while playing with my baby) and really hurt to try to reinsert it. I left it over night without jewelry in it and went in to see Ally the following evening. She remembered me and was so nice about rescuing my piercing. She let me know what she would attempt and what my options would be if it didn’t work. Even though the rescue missing was a tad painful, Ally had me laughing and relaxed the whole time. Pricing was very fair and the studio even honored the original pricing though their prices had recently changed. Highly recommend Robson Studio and Ally!

I did three piercings with Sherry. She is amazing. She is very experienced. If you like to get a piercing but you are too scared, Sherry is the best to go to. She explains every step thoroughly. I highly recommend her.
