Our kitchen sink was fixed perfectly by technicians from Plumber On Demand, who also replaced the broken tap, valves, and other components underneath. They were courteous, informed, and competent. They also fixed a number of issues with the pipes and dishwasher that were improperly placed. The components and water pressure are now all operating considerably more effectively.

They sent an apprentice to do the job and charged me the price for a Professional, experienced plumber. The apprentice could not solve the problem I reached out to the company for a refund and none of the managers had the decency or professionalism to call me back. I was given 2 names of who are the managers, Anthony and Amy. No call back from either of them. I do feel I should be refunded for most of the amount I paid minus the $95 for the service call. I did request an experienced plumber when I reached out to Plumber on Demand
