Called John the Plumber Sat, May 27 around 525pm-left a voice mail. I recvd a callback within 5-7 mins. Appointment for Sunday bet 12-3pm-they came after 1pm. I explained my problem, they did a diagnosis and gave me a price. Plumbing not cheap. I am glad to pay for good service and guarantee of 2 years. The plumber and his apprentice were really good. I would recommend this company to anyone...............

It took a bit of time for the plumber to arrive but once he was at our house, we received an excellent service. The plumber was professional and discussed with my husband in detail about the problem we are having, how he will resolve it and how much it will cost before he even started the job. Our problem is now sorted. Thank you.

Very fast service, I called in the morning and someone was here by late afternoon. The repair was done quickly. The young man was pleasant and explained what he was going to do. The work was done same day, which was a surprise. I would recommend this business to others. Repair man was Colin, he did a great job.

I had Joe, Joe was amazing with his skills and personality. I was out of town and my wife was working with business meetings. Joe was very curtious to call me, while my wife was in video calls. He told and explained what the situation was that was going on. Such a professional, and skilled at his job. I'm retired from Dofasco after 40 years as a team leader. I would have Joe on my team, any given day. He is a keeper. I hope this helps. THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED.

Excellent service!!! Meltdown averted.Rob came out right away and saved my basement from flooding. He quickly and professionally changed my sump pump and back up system. Great company to work with. We had a dishwasher installed by a company and after they attached the drain hose to our existing plumbing (which was pretty bad), they let me know that the drain from one of our sinks was leaking.I called John The Plumber on a Monday and they had an available open king the next day. Colin showed to have a look and replaced all the plumbing under our kitchen sink, so it doesn’t leak anymore!He was fast, professional and friendly, getting right down to work, completing the job in just a couple of hours! I highly recommend using John The Plumber.
