Town Centre Liquor Store

They have a great selection of white & red wines, beers, craft beers, coolers, ciders, spirits, liqueurs, and fruit wines, including organic. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the building is clean and easy to shop, not to mention a huge walk-in cooler.

Every time I come into this store I'm met with the friendliest staff possible. As a manager, I hold customer service to a very high standard and Deklan and Jesse (I hope I spelled those names right) nail it every time. There is also another employee in particular but unfortunately I forgot to get his name :s Will update when I run into him again :)

Came in to grab some wine with a friend and had a lovely time speaking with the two girls on shift! I also ended up accidentally leaving my ID’s behind and they went completely out of their way to get it back to me. Really appreciated their help, amazing staff!

Just called the store....asked if they had stock of a particular beer that was a new release. The gal went to check.....apologized that they didn't have it. Got a call a few minutes later saying they had checked a bit further and they actually do have it!! Awsome customer service in my books. They are my local and will continue to be. Keep up the great work and happy holidays!!

I decided to come here on a whim to check if they had something I wanted in stock, as it was close to me at the time. This place has many reviews saying the customer service is amazing, but don’t be fooled- although I promptly put back the bottles I was looking at, I was accosted shortly after (Caucasian woman, British accent, seems to be the manager) and aggressively questioned whether I had taken something from the shelf or not!! I even offered for her to search through my other plastic bag (not from this store) to confirm theft innocence. I did not appreciate her raised voice, angry tone nor combative behaviour towards me throughout the entire ordeal; she even asked me to leave when I then asked her to speak in a more civil manner, as opposed to an accusatory one. I understand her having to do her job, but I also felt deeply disrespected with the way she handled the situation, and will never frequent this store again.

I selected a bottle of wine that I planned on purchasing and noticed the price on the shelf was less than the price of the same bottle in the refrigerated section. When I went to the cashier to pay I pointed out the discrepancy to her. She then told her co-worker about it, and she thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I assumed that I would be charged the lower price since most reputable stores will honour the lower of the two prices. Nope, I was wrong. She charged the higher price and of course I paid it. But it's the last time they will overcharge me cuz I won't ever be back.

A nicely kept private liquor store.The pricing will obviously be slightly higher than a BC liquor store. But this place has a really good selection of beer.Furthermore, staff are pretty friendly and personable. The location is really convinient for Willoughby Town Center and there is a lot of parking in this area. The hours of operation are pretty good at this place as well.The only critique I can give this place is that the selection of cigarettes amd cigars is extremely limited. Other than the small critique this place is a solid 4 out of 5.

Sadly they charge a little too much compared to similar stores near by, and the prices on shelf don’t match the till. Thought it was just me until I heard same from others. I thought this place was affiliated with rendezvous pub? Which is an awesome place.. I feel they are taking advantage of their location and will get exposed once we get alternate stores near by.I will say, their beer is very cold and their selection is good which is why they get 2 stars instead of zero. This is important !!!I hope they clean up their $$$ as I’d love to stop here more often.
