Really easy experience from beginning to staff. I was immediately impressed by the knowledgeable staff when I came in for the consult for my wedding suit and booked for my fitting right away. The measurements and recommendations were bang on, the suit arrived quickly, and looked great. My one criticism is that when I got the suit, the lining was different from the samples that I used when selecting. I had asked the staff about it and they said the samples were six years old and they were trying to get new ones and that the color I had selected now had an iridescent quality. While I totally understand all of this, if I had been warned about this, I may have selected another color. That being said, I don't hate the lining, especially not enough to have it remade. I just was a little annoyed at the lack of warning. I would still recommend Indochino and had my husband's wedding suit made there too. Inexpensive, quality, and very quick turn-around, lovely service every step of the way.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GOOD EXPERIENCE. go to tip top, i am sure they have better service. The timeline from being measured to rectifying poor suit quality was July 2022 to current date November 16th.If i could give this place -5 stars I would.First trying to call the store in Chinook is a nightmare. They do not answer the phone, ever. I understand you can be busy but calling over the course of a week at different times multiple times in a row you would think someone would answer. I had 5 men suited here for my wedding party. They had 4 different staff measure these men which netted 5 different level of suit issues once they arrived.Measuring suits may be difficult I understand, but the staff insisted that we do not perform our own measurements or have another tailor measure us for dimensional input on the site due to Indochino's particular measurement methods. Their methods must be incrediby difficult to understand as all suits were different in terms of mistakes.The staff had informed my groomsmen when they came in to request alterations that their suits fit fine, all disagreed. Two of my groomsmen had tight backs in their suit jackets, one of the staff members said 'I will show you a trick of the trade and proceeded to rip the liner apart from the jacket infront of my groomsmen. His response was this is not correct. When confronted about the issues with the measurements and production quality we were met with a response of "you need to expect there to be remakes or alterations on custom suits". I agree with minor alterations

Our stylist was Felicia and she was fantastic! My fiancé and I came to select a suit for him for our wedding. Felicia was friendly and approachable, patient as we made our way through all the selections and there was no pressure to purchase or make a decision. She provided us with timely information which allowed us to make an informed decision and we came back an hour later to make our purchase. Thank you to Felicia for a wonderful experience! We’re looking forward to receiving the suit!

Suit was good. Fitting experience was quick and suit arrived quickly. Only reason for the low rating is they did not honor their 15 year anniversary discount" (15%) at the time of the order

Overall Experience:What an absolute waste of time and money.After being at the store about 6/7 times and still not being done, I decided to write my honest opinion on my experience with INDOCHINO.Also, beware that INDOCHINO does not offer Refunds other than in the form of store credit.About the suit:1) Ordering/customization process overall was a great experience. Fantastic price point that allows you to select features and fabric for the suit. I was really excited to receive my first suit.2) Execution and putting the suit into life was a complete failure. First time I had received a suit - it came in such a horrible condition that when I came for a re-measurement appt, the sales rep's jaw had dropped - they had to re-order the suit from scratch.3) Second suit came in and needed alterations - pants were too loose and, strangely enough, were pulling on the side pockets. Suit jacket came in too loose - alterations needed around arms, sides, back (expected).4) After alterations were made - another round of disappointment - seams were visibly uneven (even after I steamed the suit) at the spots that were altered. Pants were too loose pre-alteration, now I can barely wear the suit with comfort - impossible to sit/walk. One sleeve looks completely uneven vs the other (looks like the sleeves were connected by two different people).About the staff:1) Staff are great at sales2) Some staff members were experienced, but a couple of the individuals I dealt with lacked understanding of how the suit is being constructed. I pretty much had to point out what was wrong with my suit and what needed to be altered (very obvious details), whereas, I would expect them to be experts at advising clients what the suit should look like.Lastly, I want to add that at this point the whole experience has been ruined and I don't intend on ordering from INDOCHINO ever again.

So, after finishing the entire process from booking an appointment to wearing my suit to work for the first time, I have nothing bad to say. Employees are funny and full of endearing quirks that make for a brilliant social setting. I was accepted into their open arms and fitted like a king. That was horribly cringe sorry..Hillary and Liam were present when I was fitted. Liam measured me. Hillary helped choose some style stuff and things. (2 weeks later - they say a long wait time cause it may rarely take 6 ish weeks due to volume of orders but I also just happened to not get cucked by the mailing services so that's a bonus) Miles was in when I went to first pick up my suit. Him and their in-house seamstress (so so sorry I forget your name) helped me with the fit as it was a bit tight. (3 days later) Hillary, Liam and Madelyn(Maddy, Madi, Mady.. too many ways to spell that name I apologize yet again for my illiteracy) were all present when my alterations were completed. I stayed too long and really needed to go home for some dinner but it was like talking to friends. Admittedly, I'm of the same age group or slightly younger, but the professionalism was just as present as the fun social energy.No issues with the suit. Purchased a 3 piece and it's sick. Wish I made the money to buy more cause I wannnnnt.. it's very fun to alter my suit outfit for work and not wear the same few suits over and over. Anyways, financial rant aside, the service was prompt, professional, charismatic, welcoming, and overall enjoyable. Indochino Chinook messed up my ENTIRE bridal parties suites. 3 for 3 and over $2000 between them. With only 10 days to the wedding I truly have no idea what we're going to do. We didn't get off to a great start and should have run for the door from there. The staff that were measuring for the suites had no idea what they were doing. Got the suites in and all of them were measured incorrectly. My groom had inches of fabric hanging off him, went in for tailoring and was told they couldn't fix their mistake so a completely new shirt had to be made, at our cost! The icing on the cake was going in to reorder the shirt, being told the fabric was discontinued and having to pick a new fabric (that no longer matches the rest of the party) only to see the original fabric was still on the rack! Are you kidding me, still advertising a D/C fabric weeks after it was supposedly D/C'd?! Our best man's suite jacket was measured incorrectly leaving the sleeves to be inches too short which looked stupid, and surprise, surprise couldn't be let out so a whole new suite jacket had to be made to order. He went in with the new jacket to have the shirt properly altered to it.... they shortened the suite jacket sleeves leaving the sleeves too short AGAIN! Our groomsman's pants were so small he couldn't even sit in them! Spoiler alert, they had to be remade too. Not to mention all the time spent waiting around for their appointment times (30-60 mins past the appointment time), not once was it mentioned to them they got their suites pressed for free. All and all a terrible experience and terrible customer service and I'm not even scratching the surface.

Had some issues with the initial fit and colors of the suit (plus all of my groomsmen). However I'm giving 4 stars because Nadia at this location was very helpful and understanding of my situation and was able to resolve a lot of my issues.Nadia was great help and just wanted to give her a shout out! Do not recommend if you need your suit for a special occasion such as a wedding on a specific date. Came in on April 24 to have my measurements done and order my suit for my wedding. I need the suit for August 1.Order was received fast by May 15. Couldn’t get an appointment for the final look until May 28 as the shirt needed alterations.Notified that the alterations was completed May 31. I went to the store to pick up the shirt and asked if I should try it on. I was told no you must book another final look appointment. I get home take out the shirt and it’s only half done with the pins still through most of the fabric.I called that night and was told they couldn’t get be back in for another week for me to have this corrected after asking for a manager I was fit in the next day June 1.When I went in for my now third fitting they made some more adjustments and told me it would be done the next day. I picked the shirt up a couple days after got it home and now the sleeves are too short.I was now going to be out of town for a couple weeks and couldn’t get back in for now a fourth time until June 21.On June 21 I went back with the shirt. The staff wanted to shorten the sleeves on my perfect fitting jacket instead of ordering a new shirt. After some discussion a new shirt was ordered on June 21.I have a month left now and it’s still showing in production and not shipped from China.I’m almost at the point I’ll need to go to another store a buy a second shirt to have alterations done in the event this one doesn’t arrive on time or does but requires alterations again.

I stumbled across Indochino on Instagram the other night…and coincidentally I am in desperate need of a new suit. My last suit was purchased in 2006.So I booked an appointment to have measurements taken, and I was beyond impressed. The service was top notch and the associate I dealt with, Dorian, was a pleasure to deal with.Once my measurements were done, the fun (and decision making began). What started out as “I just want a plain blue suit” quickly became much more. I know have (or soon will) multiple jackets, pants and vests that are all interchangeable. Dorian helped push my limits on a couple of patterns and while nervous to see those on, I'm equally excited to wear them. In a matter of two hours, I have complete measurements (saved on line - so I can easily order on the website anything I want and it will be custom fitted to those measurements) and a complete new wardrobe, along with some new shirts.Even the price was less than I expected it to be, thanks to a sale currently ongoing.Sorry…no pics yet. But soon.
