Great service

We woke up Saturday morning to a broken furnace (in the winter). We called Simcoe Refrigeration and Air. We got through right away and he was at our house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Due to COVID and closures, he wasn't able to get the part til Monday but he got it right when his parts supplier opened and was at our house first thing. It didn't take long to fix and his diagnosis and part worked like a charm! I'm now in a toasty warm house again!I would 100% recommend this company again! At first we thought we had to have the company who installed our furnace look at it and so we called them. There was no answer, we left a voicemail on the emergency 24hr service" phone number and tried calling 2x more. We never heard back.Simcoe Refrigeration was very prompt

Aaron was amazing. Laura scheduled us immediately and Aaron fixed our heating problem very quickly. He even cleaned up after himself!! So happy that we used this company… especially during this cold winter.

Aaron was an absolute legend when he retrofitted our house with ductwork. It was a massive job, including some extras like relocating our water tank and installing a vent in the upstairs bathroom. He was able to get it done quickly, on budget, and even worked around our tricky daily routine to make our lives as easy as possible.
