If you have never experienced Racism before, then you must visit this store to see it. They will make you feel small and unwanted if you are not white.

I was at Carter's at Heartland last Sunday, April 2nd. Teresa assisted me with my purchases for my great nieces and nephew. Teresa was fabulous. Made great suggestions, extremely helpful, pleasant and engaging. Will always shop at this location.

I was exchanging hiking boots because the size did not fit my son. When I went to the store at square one-store number 3665 in Mississauga. The manager asked me if I needed help and instantly threw me attitude, when I asked her if she can help me locate the boots in size 5 when I told her the reason why I couldn’t be looking around the store was because my son stroller didn’t fit through the isles. She just kept telling me,No we don’t have that size, No,we don’t have these boots anymore, No,I cannot help you and the way she said it to me was very aggressive. I will not be going to that store anymore due to the lack of respect they have for customers and I felt as if I was turned away. I went to the other location to find help at heartland centers-Store number 3007 in Mississauga and Teresa and Jasmine were great. They helped me as much as they could, and made me feel like I was valued as a person.

I come to this location frequently, I always feel welcomed.I came earlier in the week around noon, there appeared to be a situation happening at the store but Sarah and Nicky we’re still very attentive and determined to help me locate the item I came in looking for - I left the store excited when it was found.Tonight I went in looking for jeans, Jasmine & Ysabella really stood out to me. Jasmine tried looking for an Item I really loved within the GTA but completely sold out and even showed me alternatives. Ysabella explained the difference between the 24mth & 2T even showed me the comparison and assisted me with picking a jogger set for my little one to wear at daycare - I left very confident with my purchase.Overall, I have always experienced great service from the staff.

I like their winter jackets and snow pants. Durable snow pants are a good to have for the Canadian winter.You can buy a set with jacket and the snow pants or get them separately. Especially kid have different size for the top and bottom.When you go after Christmas, they usually have the 25% off for the outters.

Love their products. Good quality and cute styles for kids. They almost always have some kind of price discounts.

Excellent service tonight by Teresa. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be returning to this location.

Great collections of dress for the kids,and there quality is more compared to the competitors..the staff are friendly and they are ready to help if we have questions and they have a large parking space also.. the price of the clothes are little higher without. Any discount .. but the quality overcomes it ..
