If you want some good ice cream with nice dips and toppings, this is the place to be. You can choose among 4 sizes of ice cream, and a near infinite combination of dip (chocolate, hazelnut, maple,...) and toppings (Oreo, almonds, peanuts, candies, ...). The staff is also very friendly.

Ordered a banana cheesecake & the Cinnabon one from The cheesecake factory...and they are simply delicious! 100% recommend if you have a late night sugar rush need!

The portion is very small for 10.50$. The cheesecake was deceiving too. Didn't taste like cheese at all, just sugar and cheap cinnamon. You're way better off going to Rockaberry. They have huge portions and it taste like cheesecake.

Shockingly one of the worst milkshakes we ever had. Got the cookies & cream milkshake but it tasted like skimmed milk. No flavor at all.The ice cream was okay. Didn’t like the caramel syrup’s taste, and it was too liquidy and dripped all over my hand.Friendly staff.

Do not order your soft gelato online. They pour it in a bowl and put it in the freezer, even if you ordered a pick up. It’s impossible to eat an ice cream with such a thick layer of chocolate on top with the low-quality plastic spoons they give with your order. They should really consider spending more for their utensils. And I am really sick of places where they throw your spoon in your bag without any package, especially during this Covid pandemic. Be more hygienic please. In general, quality is acceptable but service was poor.

The man serving was very sweet and acommadating to our order. However...the bubble tea was not the usual bubble tea you get. The tapioca itself tasted great (although a lack thereof) but the drink was not good. Mixing normal tea (such as jasmin, oolong, and earl grey) with syrup mixed with cow milk was bad. The tea's reaction to the milk was flaky. It didn't dissolve and tasted bad. I'm sure that the ice cream desserts here is wonderful based on how it looked and how the reviews are but the bubble tea was not good at all, had a negative experience. Sorry. Wonderful and cute shop tho! So, if you're a bubble tea freak like me and expect something like normal boba from brands like coco, chatime, etc don't come here for that.Also, improve your boba before advertising it outside with a sign saying BOBA TEA!". That's all."

Got the biscoff ice cream and the flavour of the ice cream is good as sometimes I find that the ice cream itself is too sweet but it paired well with the Lotus biscoff so I really enjoyed it. A bit pricey but would try other flavours next time to see if it was just the biscoff that I found good.
