I had a bad experience at Ajax foot Clinic.Unprofessional staff & Receptionist.The Doctors start to sell their own products rather than giving treatment to cure.The Doctors Jana doesn’t have enough knowledge what ever she told me , I already knew it , nothing more than that . Over price , I wouldn’t recommend anyone !!!

I had a hairline fracture and I got referred to Ajax Foot Clinic by my insurance company.I first spoke with Bessie who was very warm, polite, understanding and set up an appointment for me to see Jana , the Chiropodist.Jana was polite, welcoming and knowlegable, she quickly diagnosed my problem and without hesitation told me in a clear manner what I would have to do to allow my foot to heal. I would recommend Jana, at Ajax Foot Clinic anytime .

Jana is simply fantastic! Even if I go months without seeing her, the next visit is like I was there yesterday! Knowledgeable, smart and does a great job with the feet! Thank you! Bessie, the receptionist is great as well. Always helpful and tries her best to accommodate. Keep up the great work ladies!

Very unfortunate experience here. The staff were friendly, seemed nice. My Wife has MS, with significant foot pain. She got orthotics there, I work on my feet, and wear them for fallen arches. We both got 2 pairs, at $500 each pair. Which seemed pricey.I have fallen arches, and they made an orthotic that didn't provide arch support,Gave me a pair with a lump in the middle, and I was told that the lump was supposed to push my toes down because they were bending up. The lump placement was incorrect, so they had to fix them. Even after fixing, the lump is just that, a weird lump that I constantly feel in my boots.My Wife's orthotics were trimmed in the office, by the doctor that prescribed them, but they trimmed them too far, now her toes slip off the edge of the shoe, and she's in significant pain. When we called to see if they can be corrected, they told us that the 90 day guarantee had expired, and it will cost $100 to address the problem. Obviously they don't have much confidence in the product they produce, if they only give 90 day warranties. Our last Ortho (she retired unfortunately) gave us a year.We are going to another doctor, to get new orthotics, at our expense. If you value your feet, don't go to this clinic

Love my chiropodist at this clinic - she is professional, calm, gentle, pleasant and nice. I am only rating 4 stars because every interaction I have with the receptionist, they are disorganized and always seem flustered by even the most simple tasks. I asked for digital copies of receipts to be emailed to me and even asking this seemed like such an inconvenience for them, I also had to call and remind them when I left because they still had not emailed them to me. Because I am putting out my own money and have to later submit to my insurance on my own I would think that the clinic would want to make this process easy for their clients, but they are very old school.

Waste of money and time. Very unprofessional and didn’t had any knowledge about my condition. I was very disappointed ☹️

Excellent staff! Excellent work! Have not had a single toe nail problem since I started going here!
