We were brand new to this location and I brought my son in to have earmold impressions done.After his impressions were taken, the audiologist requested I book a follow up appointment in 2 weeks time to come and have his new earmolds fitted and finalized. The assistant booked our appointment, but when we showed up two weeks later, she was confused.We were given an appointment date and time, but the appointment did not get booked.Furthermore, his earmolds were never ordered during the two weeks that we waited. I showed up for our 'appointment' and the earmolds were not even there. Apparently the office was unable to obtain my son's coverage information, so instead of phoning me to inform me, they just completely forgot about him and never sent the impressions out for completion.They did offer to mail the earmolds to my home address when they come in to save me having to take more time off of work. I will not return to this clinic.

Carrie the receptionist was so pleasant and ready to help. Dr. Melanie Baur was so patient and ready to support client finding resources for coverage for their specific device needs. She is also culturally sensitive and appropriate.My client had amazing experience.I would highly recommend this clinic and this provider.

The only good thing about going here was obtaining a refund and taking business elsewhere!! In our experience, it's not a place to go alone, especially for seniors. Different types of hearing aids were not shown, explained,or tried on to see how they felt and looked, just one. A hearing test was done, and mid-range"

My 95 year old Dad has relied on this location to service his hearing aid on a regular basis.He would be lost wiithout it. Thanks to Christina who has always given us excellent service.

I recently had to go in to have a build up of cerumen(wax) removal in my rightEar.The staff was super friendly and very good at their job.I was quite satisfied with the results and would recommend this place to anyone seeking hearing care.
