Make sure you dont make any type of appointment here once you are gonna go there at your appointment date and time they are gonna say we dont have you on list and i went there in person and the lady on the counter gave me the card with date and time.. i wait for my appointment time and I didn’t book any appointment anywhere else and they gave my time to someone else and didn’t even inform me.. worse bank…

Never had an issue with my banking and the ATM machines. Though, I DO have an issue with the GIANT SPIDER INFESTATION in the front! I can barely get in without a spider the size of a ping pong ball landing in my hair. It makes me dread taking out money here.

Awesome bankers and smiling faces. I go to this branch on a regular basis and i am really impressed with the customer service and the promptness in work. Everyone is fully energetic and highly knowledgable staff. I have banked with many banks, but this branch is really special and the staff is really appreciable. Thank you Jaymin Patel , Jay Moon and Rachel for helping us with our banking requirements. Thanks

Nobody picks up the call. Tried 3 different people’s extensions and nobody ever returns the call either even after leaving voice message. This current staff should be fired right away.

All bank machines now !No tellers !!NO HAND SANITIZER WHEN USING THE BANK MACHINES !DIGUSTED THAT CIBC CANNOT HAVE HAND SANITIZER OUT LIKE THERE OTHER BRANCHES !HOW ARE THE KEY PADS GETTING CLEANED AFTER HOURS?GOES TO SHOW BIG BUSINESS DOESN'T VATE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!!!

Brought a certified bank draft from my RBC business account to deposit in my CIBC chequing account and they made me wait an hour in the lobby to call the RBC branch I just came from to verify the funds, even though its a CERTIFIED bank draft and my account with CIBC has been open for 33 years. The employees at RBC were even confused and laughing as to why this was being asked. A senior employee at this CIBC branch seems angry at life, mad he has to work and cant be bothered to deal with anything. Nothing but bad experiences with CIBC constantly at their branches.
