Terrible costumer service, incredibly rude. Watched from the side lines as the worker called someone mentally disabled ". I was quite baffled. No one should give this business anymore money!"

I needed to get the data from my old, smashed up phone onto my new phone, and the gentleman not only fixed my old phone to get the data transferred for cheap, but he stayed after hours to ensure the transfer was done properly and I could leave with my new phone that same night. He went absolutely above and beyond for me, and I am so thankful that he was willing, and he did a great job too. 10/10 I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of anything phone related

I went 4 different places to fix my broken phone and all said they can't fix that and some one gave me the reference for Cell World I went thereand the person who worked there fixed me phone in 30 minutes. He is so amazing. If anyone of you have problems with your phone go to Cell World. He will definitely help you.

Owner was very rude and discriminatory and purposefully broke my phone to try and scam more money from me when confronted I was told to off myself and slurred at do not shop here very rude and you will most likely get scammed

If I could give them a lower score I WOULD. Don't come here unless you want your phone more broken then what it actually is! Extremely rude service and tries to run your bill as high as they can get it! Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere !

I visited this store to get my phone's screen replaced which was damaged very badly, the guy over there is very honest... instead of ripping me off like other stores he recommended me to go for other options as the screen was expensive for my phone. I really appreciated the honesty and the way he deals with his customers. Since that day I only go to this store and recommend others as well. If you have any issues with your phone or want to buy phone accessories I would recommend you to visit this place and you won't be disappointed!

My phone was broken by an employee after needing a screen repair and another company told me the damages were clearly done due to negligence and force. He called out about me being mentally disabled after I walked away. In the end he made me apologize to him to get any sort of response to the damage and I received no apology for being discriminated against as a disabled person.

The gentleman there blames the customer and does not honour the “lifetime warranty” on the screen. The screen popped up and upon pushing screen back onto the phone the screen broke. I went back and he started blaming the customer and saying “my son dropped the phone and the screen cracked”, I was shocked. Don’t go there to do business because they just steal your money. I am so disappointed and disgusted by this gentleman’s business practices.
