The staff there showed me multiple options, design and finish. I was amazed at the attention to detail and the care they put into their product. The customer service of this business is exceptional. I emailed them and they called me and helped me immediately. The business owner knew that I had a particular budget and he found the perfect solution for me. He made various demos/models for me before I made my final decision free of charge. They are extremely knowledgeable in their product line and very friendly and easy to work with. If I have any printing services I need done, I will be sure to contact them.

They are a one stop shop for everything print and cut related. Their pricing is very very fair and they are very flexible in terms if time of delivery. The staff are kind and very helpful, they treated my project as it was theirs and helped me make the best decision as for what material to use and how to tackle it. They took the time to explain everything, gave me free consultation many times and showed me samples. They also stayed beyond their office hours to make sure everything was done on a timely matter. I had never had such a stress free experience as i did with Octoprint. I would never go anywhere else and i highly suggest them to everyone especially designers and business.
