Great Polaris dealer pretty close to Kapuskasing. We were on a trip and needed a repair. We called ahead but could not get there before they closed. Technician came in the next day on his day off to help us. They had the part we needed and quickly got us back on the trail. They treated us more than fairly. Bought my first Ariens from Eric and the gang 20 years ago. It still runs great with minimal maintenance. The old girl just moved to the cottage where she still serves with flying colors. We bought a new beast for our house in town last winter. That thing has to be on steroids. It just clears the way so efficiently. The service is always reliable and friendly.

Was sledding in Hearst area last week, heated visor packed it in. Eric and the gang gave me a great deal on a new CKX helmut and checked out the power on my sled and cords! Awesome, had a great ride rest of week!

I had a very positive experience today at P&L.The staff was very friendly and curtious. My Lynx luggage locks broke and I had my bag temporarily bungie cord on. It was lunch time and the mechanics were out. They were out of stock on the parts I needed. The owner robbed parts from a different style kit and transferred them to my luggage bag.I was back on the trail in no time at all. Excellent service. Thank you very much.PS....I wasn’t riding a Ski Doo....he didn’t judge lol.

Great service. My buddy had his 2022 Polaris starter wheel blow out off the back of the primary and catch the starter pinion and snap it in half 30 km outside of Hearst on our way back to Cochrane on our saddle bag trip. It was approximately 10:30am.Needless to say we couldn't keep sledding and needed to pull off that primary and starter wheel to at least pull start us home for a temporary fix. A quick call to P&L and they were meeting us at the road and loaded the sled up in their trailer to bring to the shop. By 2pm we were back on the trails and made it to our next destination. Thanks guys

This place has the best customer service! Walked in feeling lost and overwhelmed with a battery that I thought wasn't working and left feeling informed, respected and had a plan for next steps to repair my seadoo! So far we've dealt with Marc, Linda and Eric and they have all been amazing to deal with!!!! Would recommend P&L to everyone!

Amazing customer service and repair! Just got back from a 5 day sled trip. On the first day had a mechanical issue with my sled and managed to get it to them on the third day as we were passing through Hearst. The mechanic was very knowledgeable about the problem and the cause. They immediately were able to take my machine in at 4pm that day and stayed late to fix it so I could be back on the trail early the next day to re-join my group. The shop owner even offered to give me a ride to the hotel instead of getting a cab. They didn’t have new parts for the repair so they used other used parts they had there to get it fixed back up. Rode 300 kms back to the truck and machine never skipped a beat.Big thank you to Marc and Simon and the great team there. Highly recommend this shop!
