Palermo Village Dental

I recently switched to Dr.Blair at Palermo and it was the best decision ever. My hygienist, Mansi did an amazing job, she made me feel comfortable and informed of every step of the cleaning. Highly recommend her for your next appointment!

This is a super friendly office & Dr. Blair was very detailed but also caring in his explanation of dental procedures, & you really can tell that he has your best interest at heart! I also would like to highlight hygienist Amreen for making us feel so comfortable as well as for the great conversation! She really made us feel as though we have been going to this clinic for years, even though it was our very first visit! Thank you again for the great experience Palermo Dental!! :D

The dentistry itself is good (pretty much what you would expect) although the service can improve substantially.In a few opportunities I've had appointments that either start late (15~20 minutes past the booked hour) or that start" on time (as they have you sitting down at the booked hour) but where I end up waiting for 20~30 minutes for the doctor or the hygienist to actually enter the room.Also

My dentist of many years has retired and I felt he would be difficult to replace but Dr. Blair is a perfect fit. He did a thorough first exam but more importantly made me feel comfortable with his knowledge, bedside manner and kindness. The welcome from Shreya and the office staff was inviting and very efficient with my new patient sign up. Mansi did a great job cleaning my teeth and I really enjoyed our conversation. The entire office is professional, friendly and you feel your dental health is in excellent hands.

Great dental facility, and the people here are amazing!!Dr. Blair clearly explained to me my dental condition. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave advice that allowed me to assess risk vs urgency in the need for any dental attention.Mariam is genuinely warm and exhibits a very high care factor for all her customers. She's compassionate, truly one of the best persons I've dealt with in a long time; patiently facilitating appointments, even helping with invoicing and claims processing through insurance was a breeze under her guidance.Lastly, the hygienist - Amreen. She's a talent! Fabulous with her work, a thorough professional, knows her craft and conducts it with a lot of care & attention to detail for her patients. Dental work generally brings anxiety in patients. She's got the natural knack of easing things down and strikes the right balance on essential hygiene.In summary, a great overall experience at this facility. I'd strongly recommend.

Updated Review:February 8, 2023 - I have had the amazing pleasure working with Shreya the office manager at setting up a payment plan that works best for my budget to afford to get my braces. She is such a sweet, and dedicated professional, who is always looking out for the patients of Dr. Blair. I must say that every staff member top to bottom, are truly THE BEST! You will NEVER be disappointed.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dr. Blair is THE BEST dentist I've ever been to in my lifetime. The most gentle, calming, and tentative dentist. Always makes sure you are doing ok, expensive pains everything before doing it so it's not a surprise, and not scary. I'm almost 50, and he takes amazing care of my teeth!Thank you Dr. Blair for everything you do for your patients!

I recently switched Dental Clinic to Dr. Christopher Blair's practice & his practice is the REAL-DEAL! His associates we met, Mariam (the Dental Receptionist), Tiva & Kathy (the Hygienists), Vivian (the Dental Assistant) & of course, Dr. Blair himself, were all a complete delight & great to deal with! In all of my years of going to a couple of Dental Clinics, NONE have been as detailed as Palermo Village Dental--I was amazingly surprised! They even confirmed to me a couple of items that were suggested by my prior Dentist that proved to be incorrect (the main reason why I made the switch to his practice). We did have to wait a bit to be seen, but Mariam kept us informed which was appreciated. My only suggestion was that my young Daughter felt a bit of pain during her cleaning & that was just because she felt her Hygienist was a tad bit vigorous. I wasn't present during her cleaning as I was having mine done, but, I'm sure if she mentioned it to the Hygienist, she would've obliged. All in all, we're happy & will be back! I also gave Dr. Blair's Clinic referrals, so I'm sure he'll be gaining an even longer list of patients! Thanks to the entire Team!

Everyone at Palermo Village Dental is really friendly and professional. From the warm welcome you get from the reception staff, to the care you get given during your appointment. Mansi has cleaned my teeth a couple of times and manages to make me feel comfortable, despite the fact that I am not super keen on visiting the dentist. She is very meticulous but at the same time takes great care to not cause any discomfort.

Dr Blair is a terrific dentist with great care to his patients. He runs a very professional office. Hygiene at its best.

I’ve been a patient at Palermo Dental for several years and I’m always impressed by how friendly, attentive, organized and efficient the team is. Dr. Blair is a pleasure to interact with and my usual hygienist Amreen is lovely! She’s outgoing and fun, brightening my day, she’s attentive and thorough in my cleanings, she has great “table side” manners and is efficient, getting me in and out in a breeze!
