I've been dealing with Boulet for over 10 years after a bad experience with a different company . Always quick and great service.

Ran into a loose flange in process of installing a new toilet, called Boulet and their serviceman was out within 2 hours and repaired the flange at very reasonable cost...many thx to Dave

I’ve used them on a regular basis every year for a general maintenance on my sewer line, which runs about 75 feet to the catch basin.Always professional, pleasant and they do quality work.

From the Phillips/Bunney residence, hats off to Boulet sewer & Drain for their prompt and efficient service. Have used them in the past whenever we required their services. Had a clogged toilet, after purchasing 3oo dollars worth of products from anywhere i can find to try to fix it myself. 3 days later and nothing worked at all. Called Boulet Sewer & Drain after giving up and they were there that morning when i called and if you are not at home, you can request a heads up call to meet them! Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Condo management company sent them in for a line problem, all units needed to be looked at. When my unit was up, mud was tracked across my floors, tools deposited near my washroom, then without a word of explanation or otherwise, they disappear for twenty minutes.They return, track mud again, and again with little offer of explanation on what is being done in my unit.Perhaps if you contract them directly, the experience is better. Possibly they did not view the individual tenants as the customer (which is obviously disconnected from reality) and just as a nuisance? I understand they had some difficulty in arranging access to all units concurrently, and the frustration that must come with it, but that is no excuse, especially for passive aggressive behaviour like dragging mud across floors.

Plugged bathtub and sink. Were very fast, friendly, and good price! So happ To have found them!

My regular plumber was not available, so I looked in the phone book and called Boulet. A plumber arrived with in half an hour and did an excellent job unblocking my sewer as well as replacing the cartridge in my shower. I was able to get a senior discount and use my credit card with no extra charges. Excellent service.

Extremely rude person who answered the phone. Called me a solicitor when I was asking about services. Super cringe.

Called Boulet and they were here in less than an hour. Dave diagnosed the sewer blockage and resolved the issue in short order. The City sewer was above normal levels in the manhole outside and the back water valve in our home had activated. Resolved by calling Winnipeg 311. As good as you can get!

I called them shortly after lunch and they sent out a service person within a few hours. J.G. did an excellent job of clearing out the obstruction in my bathroom sink drain. This is the second time I have used this company and I would definitely recommend them, very professional service every time. Thanks.
