Ashley in the furniture department was awesome to work with. We had a few mix ups through our order but she was great about it, fixed the problem and we now have a great new love seat, that is actually better than the one we started with.

Wheelchair access lacking and upon entering the staff person nearest to us turned and walked away returning only when we had traversed most of the store. Then when they came near we were wishing they had stayed where they were because the perfume was overpowering. (Perfume in moderation can be beautiful but when you bathe in it it can be disgusting to any who are sensitive to it.)Despite the large display area there wasn't any sets with features we are looking for and the prices quoted on one available option were way higher than the competition.
