Great team and service. I was greeted by Jesse who was professional and very thorough. Even called to double check about my wipers. She has excellent customer service and communication skills. Highly recommended.

Best customer service. I had flat tire and I went there for it. They were so nice and helpful that they also did check tire alignment just in case everything is fine and in good condition.

Was there for a seasonal tire change... appointment time 3 pm...they were running late...explained to them that I need to be out at 4:30 pm as I have some work commitment...was assured that I will be done by 4:20 or 4:30pm..waited an hour till 4pm to be told that It might take another hour..had to leave without getting the work done..Wasted an hour...they could have handled it better.....

Great shop, great service and more importantly great people. These guys worked hard to get my car on the road same day after my catalytic converter was stolen downtown. Much appreciated guys! Will be returning for all my service needs!

I've been going to this location to get my tires changed and recently had a repair done by them. Both Sean and Craig took the time to explain things to me which I really appreciated. They're always professional and efficient. I'll definitely continuing going to them!

Craig & Kal Tire are incredible - had a nail-puncture flat tire and the gentlemen at Kal had it fixed in no time. Incredible customer service, I expect to go to Kal for all my future auto-related needs.
