Had an issue with their MPPT controller. Contact them and received excellent customer service from start to finish. They replace the faulty unit under warranty and had my RV solar system back up and charging in no time. Thank you!!

They don't back up their product even though it has a 5 year guarantee. I bought a trailer that was 6 months old and was told the guarantee doesn't transfer to used" vehicles. Did I mention my trailer is a 2022 and is 6 months old!! Will not be supporting Go Power in any way again if this is how they stand behind their products. It stopped working 1 month after owning the trailer. So a total of 7 months old and they don't care!Update: Go Power contacted me and sent me a new unit very quickly. I'm impressed but it should have been done at the very beginning. I upgraded the review to three stars."

I had a solar power controller unit I bought on a used RV.The solar controller was not working. I contacted Go Power,I got an immediate response and hard reset instructions. It worked! I was impressed with the help I received even though I did not buy the unit new.When it's time to replace or upgrade...I know who I will do business with.

I travel out of my truck full time. I find myself in new areas and surroundings every day. The best part is knowing I have a reliable solar, that’s charging up my gopower battery. Once I had installed my solar set up from gopower, I was nervous because it was my first experience with any type of solar generated system. I can confidently say that it’s changed everything for me and I can finally hit the road for months at a time and have full confidence i’ll be able to stay powered up the whole time. I contacted Go Power since the solar controller in our trailer is their product. Not being well versed in solar I contacted them for advice. Bob Lane helped me with all of my questions regardless of how elementary they were. In the end I felt like I was listened to, given solid information and learned. Bob did a great job and I appreciated it.

RV dealer can’t seem to figure out my issue with the Go Power controller. I text Go Power for tech support received help with in hours! We have it figured out. All I have to do is give the information to my RV dealers service dept. to get it repaired. I’m sure I can do it but it’s under warranty .

I had a panel that failed while still under warranty which is a little disappointing but the people at Go Power! were great to deal with. It was easy to initiate a warranty replacement and their response was same day. Everything they needed from me to replace the panel under warranty was totally reasonable and a new panel is on the way. I wouldn't expect anything more.

Called tech support with questions on a Go Power solar setup the came pre-installed on a new RV. The tech, Rob, who took the call was very helpful... knowledgeable and patient. Spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting the system with me and directed me to how to solve the issue.

I recently purchased a new class B van with a 190W GoPower Flex Panel and it failed within a couple of weeks of bringing it home. I contacted GP and Peter D. was very helpful in sending me a replacement free of charge under warranty. No hassle at all. He read what I had done to validate the panel was not producing current and expedited sending out a new one. While I had to remove the old panel (put on with adhesive) the new one worked great and had me up and running in no time. Great service!

I contacted tech support to resolve an issue with an IC2000 inverter/charger. The charger always went into default charging settings. They asked a few questions and with the right info, they decided to replace the unit. It is within the 3 year warranty period. They are shipping me a new one. The customer service is fast and friendly, Incredible!
