Ordered an original burger combo. It was disgusting. The burger was cold with the fillings distributed all over the package. The fries were the worst I ever had. White, soggy & undercooked.

Good was on(tried the new crispy chicken and didn't really like it) the service was poor I felt like I was putting the person behind the counter out just for asking for the toppings on my burger. Maybe she was just having a bad day

I love this Harvey’s. The staff is always nice and the food is always fresh. I typically wait 3-5 minutes for my food every time I go here, but I prefer that over getting cold items in my order. I love their pickles and would always get a couple on the side, they always nicely wrapped them up for me and they didn’t charge extra

I ordered through Mobile app and picked up through drive thru. It was nuggets poutine meal.Poutine was fresh and hot. Unfortunately I got couple of small very portions of nuggets and not fresh.I went back and showed it, got replacement with correct size of nuggets and he added apple pie too. I really appreciate your hardwork in this covid time. Good customer service and decent conversation. ✌️

I ordered the poutine and specifically asked for fries well done and they were not well done i can taste the difference and when i went back to the store the manager on shift argued with me that it's well done and told me if u want to remake u have to pay again i said it's not my fault i got my food wrong, i drove all the back from my home to store again. Finally, the manager asked me to give my old poutine back and gave me a new one.In short, the manager on duty don't know how to deal with wrong orders. Whoever is in charge above him pls, resolve this customer service issue. And be polite to the customer.Thanks

Terrible service and everytime I go they get my order wrong and I dont mean just forgetting an item I mean getting every order way wrong and telling me they put lots of ketchup in the bag when I clearly saw them put nothing in. Unfortunate that this is the way the food industry is now everything costs way more then its worth and they dont even try to make it good. And you want min wage raised HA. Never eating out again.

The last few visits here, I have returned my burgers with raised eyebrows from the complacent staff. Not cooked properly and not even hot! Talk about disgusting! And the staff hardly don’t even understand how to communicate! Shameless
