We actually sent one of our fleet truck to those unprofessional mechanic for brake change.They didnt do a proper brake adjustment after replacing the new brakes ,either they didnt did a proper wheel torque that cost another 6000 dollars from our company.While the driver was driving the truck on QEW towards the border wheels got locked due to unprofessional brake adjustment . When the driver went outside and checked the wheels, he found that three wheel lock nuts were missing. So then we called Marshall. The people were so rude and they didnt even take back the truck for fixing.Then we need to tow it back to Toronto.We recommend all professional truck drivers not to go here. If you want to waste your money you can go here.

I have my services done here all the time great people great work I would highly recommend them for all your truck repairs today quality workmanship is hard to find but if you want it they have it.

I had my transway pumper truck break down on the side of the highway. Fortunately Rick and the team was extremely helpful to dispatch a tow truck out to my location and have the situation taken care of very promptly and professionally. Took my motorhome here for brakes. They did the brakes…at least I think they did but backed my motorhome into a dumpster smashed the ladder and rear cap and tried to hide it. They butchered the repair and then when I asked them to reimburse me for parts to fix it properly…..they ghosted me. Real professional move…shame on you!!!

Best place to go for truck repairs, I've known Wayne from years ago when I worked for him. His shop does quality work and I would always recommend getting your truck or trailer repaired here.

Everytime Trailer sent to u guys for repair u give back with new issues aswell two times hub seal was get fixed still leaking abs not wotking sent two times for repair this time u guys fixed abs now marker lights not working

The mechanic was great to deal with which is what counts. The front desk staff were not so great to deal with. They assured me they would call me when my truck was ready but I had to go back multiple times to check if it was ready. I wasted an hour waiting on a truck that was already ready.

I went there for a PM service sheet fill out only needed my check sheet fill out for the company I am owner operator underneath and I needed a grease job to also They did not follow any of the instructions I gave them they did a brake adjustment Oil change change filters and I recently did those things an didnt needed to be done so soon and they did not call me to confirm before doing those things when I call In to get my bill It’s a whole complete different bill I expected obviously because they did work what I didn’t want to be done also the people who work in the office when I’m trying to explain myself you’re telling me I’m giving them attitude they don’t wanna deal with it they were rude I do not know how to deal with people I can’t be professional even if It hit them in the face if I could you put zero stars I would for any other fleet owners or owner operators don’t waste your time at this place if they don’t know how to communicate with you properly you’re gonna end up spending way more than what you expected to spend and I don’t care because you’re the one who’s paying for it not them
