Soles In Motion

I have been there twice and both times the staff have gone above and beyond in service. I would highly recommend them!

Today I purchased Brooks running shoes from Soles in Motion. The selection was excellent. They had exactly what I was looking for. I've been buying my runners there for a number of years. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for great quality and selection, its the place to go.

As noted by several other reviewers, the customer service at reception is disappointing at best. I was told to get out of the way for another customer as I was trying to check in for my appointment, only for the employee to leave the desk after ringing that customer through.I am a long distance runner and need custom orthotics to correct issues resulting in shin splints. I visited in May, was fitted for orthotics and purchased a new pair of Brooks runners to go with them based on employee recommendation. It did not correct the issue fully, so I recently returned to check the fitment on the orthotics and they were adjusted slightly. I had one run after the adjustment and suffered a painful arch injury. When I returned to address this injury, the pedorthist could not figure out what had caused this issue and just reversed the adjustment. This did not solve the problem. I saw two different pedorthists from Soles in Motion; neither were rude or unprofessional, but they were a little bit awkward and could not figure out the problem.I recently visited Dr. Samir Ouisi at the Arthritis and Injury Care clinic at 250 Baker Drive. Within 20 minutes, he was able to identify every issue with my current orthotics: he noted that my orthotics require significantly more support to fix my issues, and even pointed out that the shoes I was recommended by their staff were not the right shoes for my injuries and why.TLDR: if you're an athlete looking for custom orthotics to fix mechanics issues, save yourself $500 and an injury and book with Dr Ouisi.

I just had a great experience buying a pair of walking shoes aided by a wonderful associate named Niki. She took the time to analyze my feet and recommend and explain the shoes I need to walk pain free. Such a pleasure to shop at a store with knowledgeable staff especially compared to the big boxes at Dartmouth Crossing. Much to my surprise the prices were reasonable and she even recommended items from the clearance sale section!

I went to the store on Baker Drive today with my wife who had purchased a pair of New Balance a while back but only wore them once in the house to find that they created extreme pain to her heal. We were met by Andrew who explained to that we were beyond the return timeframe and most likely would not be able to help us in any way with compensation. We thought that might happen and wasn’t surprised. He stated that management had just gone into a meeting that could take several hours before he could ask if anything could be done. We thanked him and said that regardless, my wife needed to purchase a new pair. He was extremely attentive helping with sizing, width, fit etc. We were very pleased with the attention and knowledge of Andrew. Unknown to us , the owner had overheard our situation and she informed Andrew to present a solution to our predicament. We were very pleased and accepted her proposal. Truly a wonderful shopping experience with an unexpected conclusion.Thank you for your professionalism.PS: my wife has and will remain a customer of souls in motion

They are excellent at fitting braces. Communication is easy to understandI will refer people to Soles in Motion whenever I can.

Went here for compression socks and orthotics. Excellent service and product variety was fantastic.

Although the products sold are of good quality, they are very expensive. The staff are not honest. The online webpage does not represent what the store has for sale.
