I recently had my first appointment with WAXON and it was an overall great experience. The Waxologist who did my waxing made me feel so comfortable. She was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The whole process was so quick and I was done in no time. The location itself is very cute and clean. Would definitely recommend to others!

I get my brows done at this location and they do a great job. They always take me on time and they do a great job with my brows. Everyone who works here is really nice and friendly, and this goes a long way towards keeping me loyal. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the location. Everything is sanitary and safe. Highly recommend!

I've had nothing but great experiences with the team at the Commerce Court location of Waxon. They greet you with a smile and the services are performed quickly and professionally. It has become my preferred location, even though there are other options closer that I could visit. Highly recommended!

This is my go to spot in the PATH. Super clean, fast and good service. Everyone working there is professional and kind. Repeat customer! So easy to get my waxing done over lunch while being a busy mom!!

Great session! My first time going to this place (during work lunch hr), and will definitely be a returning client. Place is super clean, service was timely, Steph was attentive and very efficient at her job! I had a waxing service done and honestly felt super comfortable..not to mention pretty much pain-free!

The best wax I have ever had!!! My therapist, Simone makes me feel so at ease and comfortable. She is very professional and friendly. I’ve been coming back every month for over a year now, I cannot recommend highly enough!

A friend of mine had her waxing done at this location today by Steph. (I’m posting her review, I was waiting outside for her) I use the king st location and have had no issues, the girls there are super pleasant.She booked a wax appointment for a classic, she has had full laser treatment completed in the past and has very minimal hair present (like almost nothing) In the past she was told to book a classic from the waxologist based on the minimal hair. Today when she went she was rudely told that she has to be charged for a full Brazilian (30$ more)… and the waxologist was not very nice about telling her this and said she could leave if she wasn’t happy… I work in patient customer care and that’s no way you ever talk to a client so abrasively.
