Norburn is my go to lighting store, they have great selection on display with so many more options in catalogues etc.I have worked closely with Allison selecting lighting for a new home build. She is extremely knowledgeable of all lighting products and is truly able to create a collection of pieces that work perfectly together while also remaining aware of budget! She goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service... she is kind and honest.... she will work off hours to connect with you if required. Her hard work and dedication made my experience seem less and enjoyable. I recommend seeing her for all your lighting needs!

We have done a major reno and a full build twice with Norburn Lighting and Bath. Staff are amazing and prices are the best in town. Not only are they knowledgable, they have great design sense and spent time listening to me, their client. I am a picky and cost conscious shopper. I was always treated with kindness and a high degree of professionalism. Lighting is like the final jewelry in a room. Thanks to Allison and Allen for their expertise. I wouldn't go anywhere else for lighting and bathrooms.

There are positive and negative reviews. This is definitely a negative review. Pandemics and flooding aside, there is no excuse for our salesperson's, Anne, at Norburn Lighting for treating us with such disrespect by not keeping us abreast of the truth in where and when our shipment for recessed lights trims were arriving. We purchased four housings in early October and had them installed in our new kitchen ceiling. Two trims were not available however we were told they were on order from Toronto. Long story short, we had no customer service from Anne, she would not return our calls as to where the trims were or when they would arrive. Just completely ignored us by not calling or making up stories when we called her. I finally spoke to another sales person on December 19th and found that the trims were only now being manufactured in China and would not arrive until the new year. In the meantime our kitchen ceiling was looking as it does in the photo. Well, Leigh R (if you are still with/part owner of Norburn, and or Robinson Lighting, if you are associated with Norburn, I think that you should take a closer look at some of the reviews and take them more seriously. You can cancel my order for the trims, by the way.

We’ve done 2 bathroom renovations using the expert advice we received from Laurie H. At Norburn regarding lighting, faucet plus shower and bath selections. His expertise and background in suggestions resulted in 2 beautiful bathrooms that people never tire of complimenting and we never tire of looking at and using. Absolutely my go to person and store…great customer service.

I wanted to take a moment to convey my gratitude towards Allison Johns. I am doing major renovations to my place and came in a few times. The first time I went to Norburn I worked with Allison and will only work with her, even if it means waiting for her because she’s so attentive and easy to work with. I also only shop at Norburn because of her. She would take her time to show me a variety of options and would ask many questions about the area where the fixture would be placed. The dinning light and ceiling fan that I bought with her recommendation are beautiful. Most recently, I came to pick out an entrance light. I walked around the place, but nothing really stood out to me. Allison then asked me what I was looking for and I explained. Within seconds she opened two catalogue with my dinning light and another fixture placed side by side.The combination was stunning. I fell in love with the light and bought it. It was the last piece, so Ali, Ross & Leif took the fixture down quickly, yet carefully (it’s 108 lbs) and wrapped it up exquisitely. Allison even cleaned the glasses for me!Allison has a gift to understand what her clients are looking for and can pick out pieces that are a perfect match for their taste.The Kuzco light fixture that I picked up for the entrance is stunning. Both my husband and I turn it on the evening just to admire it.

They carry a variety of beautiful lighting. Service by Peehu, Maria and the manager from the back was exceptional!

Outstanding products and customer service ! Shout out to Sally and Branch Manager Leif Wyatt ... thank you for going above and beyond. Highly recommend this company for all lighting and bath fixtures ... quality & customer service surpassed all others in my bathroom renovation journey.

We attended Norburn Lighting searching for lighting for our new home. After doing a quick walk through, sales consultant Allison Johns helped us immensely. We were there for a couple of hours, and had all our light fixtures picked out and ordered. Upon delivery, one light had a broken fixture, which was immediately replaced and delivered no charge. Excellent customer service!! We love all of our lighting. We will definitely shop here again. Thank you Allison.
