Very disappointed with the service here. I brought in my grandfather’s ring to be resized and when I got it back, the gem appeared cracked. They tried to tell me that it was a “natural” feature of the gem, but I’m 99% sure that it wasn’t there before. I’ll be taking my ring elsewhere to be appraised for a 2nd opinion and see what they tell me.

Bought a gold ring with diamonds and snapped in back where it was sized, they sent it back and got it fixed and happened, happened again 2 months after, terrible quality for the price, don’t recommend buying from here
