Today i had a meeting for my mortgage. And during my meeting, this very unprofessional guy just walked in and started distributing candies in the middle of the meeting. It wasnt enough that he started chatting, made me felt very uncomfortable and i really didnt understand what to tell him.I am a business owner. I also have meetings on a daily basis and none disturb me or my clients during my meetings.Unacceptable behavior!!!

Very good bank. I think we don’t actually know what they can or can not do and need to be educated on what they try to do for us. Rene is an awesome manager and I wouldn’t change my branch for anyone due to the experience I’ve had with them. They truly care but we have to be mindful that they are limited in what they can do due to the higher ups. Grateful for the education and my whole perspective towards our tellers are different.Grateful for this Scotia Back Branch they get a 10 Stars from me. I highly recommend dealing with THIS BRANCH.

I had an appointment with Emad Rizk regarding my credit limit increase and update my employer information. he was behaving completely rude and didn't update my employer information asking me to do it by yourself online. Even he didn't helped me regarding my credit card inquiry and he was asking like why you are coming here when you have different home branch. Totally disappointed with his service.

I have been dealing with this branch since it was first opened. I came in today with a few questions. The process went for approximately 30 minutes during which Ani, the bank teller, assisted me with absolutely perfect professionalism and patience! Wonderful job, Ani and thank you so much once again! The branch Manager, Rene, is always very kind and helpful.I have a distrust in banks and their processes, but Rene always takes the time to explain the processes and ease my mind.My most recent interactions with this branch have been very good. I am happy that this is my home branch.

09/17/2022 : Came to update my employer info on the account since app or online I couldn't do it. I had my company ID, online employment letter and card as proof. The teller just blatantly refused saying she needs a physical copy of the employment letter which doesn't make sense because I have updated it before as well with just online copy. She insisted I try online to update which I couldn't do and hence came to the branch. 0 sense of customer service, if they really needed a piece of paper she could have printed it out to solve the problem but instead I was refused and sent to get a copy. I went to another branch and got it done easy peasy within 5 minutes and with just my online employment letter! This dufferin road branch really needs to up their csr skills.

This bank lock my money $10000 and they didn’t want to help me to solve this problems. And they didn’t give me the money back!!!!!!!!They let me find other branch to solve this problem cause they don’t want give me my money back. Ready to file a complain

I do not have a Scotia account and every month I make a third party deposit at this branch to pay the rent for my business. I bring the cash and they deposit it into my landlord’s account every month without question other than asking for my first and last name. Today they asked for my drivers license, address, occupation etc. they’ve never needed this info before. Finally when the teller asked me for my email I refused to give it and they said, “Sorry in that case we cannot help you at this branch.” Worst customer service ever! Then I’m guessing a manager came to “help” and said the same thing “Sorry if you’re not willing to give all the information asked we cannot help you.” So I gave them a fake email and then they proceeded to deposit the money. Then she told me that I will have to give all this info again every time I come to make a third party deposit. Ridiculous waste of time!
